Well, here is another instance of this Jeff A**HOLE living up to his reputation. I purchased an instrument cluster voltage regulator online after seeing the picture on his website description. There are three basic versions available. One is the original mechanical type of regulator. There is also a China made electronic version and the third is a Scott Drake unit that has a completely different circuit on the front and looks obviously higher quality. His website shows the Scott Drake photo. What I received was the China made electronic version not what was pictured. His response to my calling him about it was his usual angry "F" "U" attitude. I explained that the picture on the website didn't match the part that I received. He told me it will work and to go "F*** myself! Classic customer service 101!! WOW!!! I checked the website shortly afterwards and what do you know the picture magically changed to the China version!!!! I strongly recommend that you buy your Falcon parts from some other reputable business that actually appreciates that you're spending money with them. read more

I called to verify a part I ordered was is stock. The owner yelled at me for calling. Very poor customer service. I thanked him for yelling at him and advised I would never purchase from him again. He then cancelled my order. Please spend your money with someone who appreciates the business. Not sure why this owner is so angry to receive business. read more

Relatively new to the Falcon restoration space. The website is pretty straight forward. Anyway the difference is local pick up and expertise on parts and sourcing of information. Good value for what I purchased and better on what I didn't purchase after a conversation with owner. Cool. read more

As a new walk in customer, I must say that this company is very knowledgeable and patient. I come here pretty often now and every time I have questions and/or concerns, Jeff, the owner, always answers them promptly without any hesitation. They have a little counter kind of like a small candy store with falcons galore. As for the other reviews about the restocking fee and shipping concerns, those are clearly printed bold on the bottom left hand corner of every receipt. I was am satisfied and will always continue to return and I definitely recommend this company to others. read more

After spending $$$$ over several years with Falcon parts, the new management seems to have lost the spirit and customer service of the past. They hit me with a 25% restocking fee, as well as loss of the shipping fees and the cost to ship the parts back--the transaction cost me $90 and I got $45 back. I could have sold them myself on Craigslist and gotten more back! After explaining that I had been a good customer in the past and that I should not be penalized, I was basically told that was the way it is. I'm going to Dearborn for my vintage Ford parts from now on and very sad to say I cannot recommend these people anymore. read more

Got a package of vent seals and it had two right side seals. Called them and got nothing but grief and anger. Absolutely no customer care even for a problem that was not theirs but a simple mistake from the supplier. Total order was over $2000 ! He said too bad because it was over 30 days, my God we bought what we needed while the car was being painted. Stay away from them. read more

I have purchased about $1800 worth of parts over the last few years from them and one of the items was a set of headlight doors I bought about 7 years ago, when I received them I checked them for shipping damage and everything looked good, left them in the box and put away until install day, well that day came last weekend and come to find out they sent me two left's, I sent an email the next day explaining the issue and got a reply that basically said tough, I responded noting my displeasure and requested some kind of an adjustment, no reply so I called the no customer service line and got exactly that, no offer of not even 10% off on another set (which I would have taken), the customer service is terrible, will take my business elsewhere! So far, so good. I've bought several items from this place over the last 6 months and I have no complaints whatsoever. No problem with returns either. Easy guy to do business with. Posts on his website when he's going to be closed, so no wasted trips. If you're close enough to make the drive, let him know what you need and he'll have it waiting for you when you get there. I will have to say it is sad that they have all the parts I could want, but I will never do business with Falcon Enterprises or their website falconparts.com. I will admit I made the mistake on the order. The owner Jeff Wilson picked up the phone called me and made sure to correct the order, good. When my back account was locked up from the return and trying to recharge the proper amount it didn't go through do to the bank security on my card. When I saw my bank account and say I gave Falcon Enterprises a call. Right away the person on the phone was hostel. After explaining what happened I was ready to pay and get my parts. After asking why didn't he call me about the issue he proceeded to become angry and yell I sent you an email. I never said he didn't but I never received an email and you called about the other issue why not call about this one? I asked for his supervisor and I was very surprised to hear he was the owner of the company and would talk to people on the phone this way. After finding this is going nowhere I just said your not the only game in town and I would rather spend more money elsewhere to not be yelled at for a completely avoidable problem. Jeff Wilson if you read this sac city college has communication courses really cheap. You could use a couple of them. With the internet and new availability of oem and aftermarket parts, if this is how you want to do business I don't see you being able to keep returning customers. All in all use at your own risk and hope you don't need to talk to these people on the phone or in person. Im spending my money for my falcon elsewhere. read more

This company has one of the most unreasonable return policies I have ever encountered; and I was in the auto parts business for over 20 years. I purchased in excess of $300 worth of parts and within two weeks realized that two of the items purchased would not be needed because the project had changed direction. I wanted to return a coil and solid state ignition module. Neither item had been out of the box; in fact, the boxes were never opened. I explained all of this to Jeff and was told emphatically that there are NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS......period! No "sorry I can't help you" or anything resembling an apology. The attitude was; "that's our policy, too bad for you!". I fully understand the reluctance to accept returns on electrical parts. But my local NAPA store and even the two Big Box auto parts stores in my area will accept UNUSED electrical parts. That in my opinion is a reasonable return policy. I will not be returning to Falcon Enterprises in the future for anything. I hope at some point Jeff reads this and realizes that his unreasonable approach to my request has cost him at least one customer and perhaps more who will read this review. And I will be posting this review in as many places as possible on the web. read more
