ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING, DIRTY and…read moreUNETHICAL PRACTICES Saturday Feb 12 while visiting Bolton, I decided to bring my mother and daughter to "Little Greek Garden" to grab a bite to eat and to celebrate my daughters birthday. Though having read some good reviews I was fairly confident in my choice and we decided to dine in. When it came time to place our order we had to go up to the counter ( which is Fine) We ordered the Kalamari Dinner , Roast lamb dinner and lamb chops . When the food was ready the gentleman behind the counter snapped his fingers to get our attention so we can pick up our food . I personally found this odd , but none the less got up to get the food and served my family. My Daughters Kalamari dinner with Fries was inedible, the Kalamari was stone cold and tough and the fries still frozen in the middle, my mothers roast lamb was gamy and the rice was uncooked, and the same for my lambchops. My salad wasn't washed and still had dirt on it and the "tzatziki" had turned and curdled. Needless to say our appetite disappeared. Unfortunately, we sat in the dining room for about 20 minutes with no one in sight, and no one behind the counter. Disheartened we got dressed to head on out, I asked my mother and my daughter to wait for me outside. Finally, a woman appeared and I informed her of our experience, and our thoughts on the and pointed to the table where the food remained untouched while remaining polite. The woman looked at me , shrugged her shoulders and said it happens, can't please them all and proceeded to hand me the debit machine, charging me $75.00 for the food that we didn't eat. She didn't offer a discount nor offered to remake the food. I was shook, and not in the mood to cause a scene, I paid my bill and took my family elsewhere. I am utterly disgusted with the staff's behavior and neglect or lack of compassion, understanding or effort to better this situation. Update: RE owner response: Please provide me with the name and telephone number of the person I need to contact to receive reimbursement. 2nd update: a week later and still no response from the owner . Utterly disgusted by their behaviour. 3rd update Called on numerous occasions as per their request in their initial reply , no answer and no voicemail put in place. Their initial google response offered a reimbursement , see attached photo. They have now updated their response advising they don't understand why I am not satisfied which clearly indicates they did not read this review or comprehend what the issue is. Let me spell it out , 3 cases of food poisoning , from the little that we ate , no customer service and when I voiced my concerns prior to paying I was told by your cashier that things happen and though we left our plates filled with food was still charged the full amount. This is absolutely ludicrous and absurd Thank you. Update, the Owner posted a response offering a full reimbursement and requested I call in . I've called multiple times and have left multiple voicemails with no return received from the business. see attached screen shots. The owner has now changed their response to " we are unclear on why you were so dissatisfied." Which is blaintly disrespectful, clearly indicating they have not read the detailed review with our concerns or given that this is different from their initial response have decided to play just ignorant. Spend your Money Elsewhere ! It has been a few months and still no word from the owner of this "Establishment" and I use the term loosely. Based on the recent reviews that are similar to mine, I will now be filing a complaint with Peel Public Health https://www.peelregion.ca/health/environNew/contact.htm and I urge others to do so as well.
