I waited three weeks for a simple response, with no confirmed appointment and no follow-through. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one ever came out to look at the job. It felt as though the company may have assumed I wasn't serious about the project or didn't have the budget -- a disappointing and unfair assumption if that was the case. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and basic communication was unacceptable. I can't speak to their quality of work because they never showed up, but based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

For the kitchen, it often starts with deciding on appliances. Identifying appliances early in the kitchen remodel process has a huge impact on the kitchen design and ensures that the kitchen cabinets and entire kitchen design works seamlessly with the appliances you've selected. The same is true for baths, but in this case it is your toilet, tub or shower...plus whatever other things you may want to indulge in (did I hear you say towel warmer?).

Still have the email from them agreeing to fix the work but never did. 16k and I have a deck that was done by an old man and his 15 year old "apprentice". They went in and out of our basement even when caught and asked to not do it was told "I needed to use the bathroom and didn't want to go to the gas station" They cut into our door when cutting the concrete, built the incorrect deck than was agreed upon, cut the boards so bad several had to be reordered. Deck is smaller than what we paid for and sits lower than the previous one. I instructed them to build it higher than before due to limited space on the lower porch and instead lost space. Deck is already in bad shape and completely wrong. Owner s a two faced dick that will lie to your face about fixing issues. Will add more pictures later as well as a link to my YouTube video(s) of their work.

I spoke to the owner Michael Barker. Mr. Barker ask within the first minute was I paying for the service or going through my insurance agency. Being as though I'm a first time home owner with no experience. I didn't know that question was a red flag. Mr. Barker came out with no equipment and gave me a estimate of over 11,000 in damages. I provide my insurance provider with the estimate. My insurance provided wouldn't release the fund because the damages didn't add up to what their adjustor came out, estimated. So, my adjustor started asking me about the repairs. I was unable to answer the question because I had no knowledge of what the repairs Intel. So, the adjustor called the contractor to get more information about the estimate written. After the adjustor spoke to Mr. Barker they wanted to send their contractor out for a estimate. By this time Mr. Barker has me believing that te adjustor were trying to low ball me and not fix the damages properly. So, instead I had Mr. Barker to come out and do another estimate. This time Mr. Barker came out with the water damage device, increased the price to over 14,000. This time after speaking to the adjustor Mr. Barker was suddenly unable to send me the estimate directly. Then in turn sent the estimate to the adjustor without me viewing the estimate or my permission. At this point I felt like Mr. Barker is the scammer not my insurance company. So, I contacted my insurance provider and explain to them that I felt like I was being taking advantage of, did I have to work with this contractor. My insurance company explained as long as I didn't sign anything with him I could used whoever I wanted to repair my home which I didn't sign anything we were still talking about what i like at this point. So, I in turn reached back out o Angie's list and explained my situation. They gave me reviews on the Band of brother's creations llc. Which were decent but I did notice he had a few customer who felt he overcharged them, he didn't have a team as he stated he did. So, the work took much longer. Angie's list sent out another contractor name Josh/Trey handy service. They came out, and gave me a estimate of 2400 this was just for their services. But, this was still an drastic decrease between the two companies. I spoke with the adjustor agin afyer Mr. Barker submitted the second estimate which I didnt receive from Mr. Barker. I asked the adjustor what 2as the holdnup because at this point its been 3 weeks with being able to take showers, we were bird bathing at this point. The adjustor said he need to send out their contractor to confirm or he could cut me a check for 10,000 which is the max without having to holdnoff until afyer christmas. I told him to just cut the check because i just need the leak fixed and a new shower wall. Now because im a fair person. I contacted Mr. Barker to see what the new estimate will be being as though a lot of the qork he said need to be done was going to be eliminated. We need to know what the new estimate would be to proceed on with the work. Mr. Barker felt the whole check was his, was unwilling to tell me what we would be repairing. Not knowing i already knew he was overcharging me, adding things on that wasnt needed. So, i told him I wanted to get another estimate. So, I now have 3 estimates and thw last two were slightly direct but very close in price. I went with my neighbors estimate. My neighbor came out on the 6th of December, started the work. I then received a summons in the mail to appear in court. Band of brothers creations is now suing me for 10,000. Because he believe that was his money as he stated to me. But, we never signed a contract and no money has never been transferred from me to him. This company targets single and elderly woman, and try to force us into a contract with this company. Band of brother's creation will scam your insurance company, force you into a contract through text messages. Be very aware, he tell every customer that the price he charge may be lesser than what he quoted knowing he will never lower the price even if it should be lowered.
