These folks came out three times twice with parts that did not fix the problem and then abandoned…read morethe job. My convection oven still did not work. After contacting them they refunded what they charged my credit card but there was an additional $439.58 cents I paid by check that has not been refunded. I contacted a different company to see what they could figure out and after spending an hour testing they told me the parts W&W replaced did not need to be replaced only the control board was bad. They replaced it and the oven works great. Due to W&W Services lack of quality service and integrity I am now going to have to take them to small claims court to get my money back. To all of the folks that need any appliance repaired avoid W&W Services like the plague.

Call for a washer repair. Got crap service even after 2nd visit. Repair guy never even took it…read moreapart. Said it was a warped tub. $785 to repair and Samsung would need to special make it. Called Samsung they said tubs don't warp it was stablizers rods. Googled it and paid $40 for parts and fixed my self. Worthless service cost $91.
