I paid the price I was quoted and not a penny more. I found out later that the parts prices were a little more than he originally estimated, and he also had to spend more labor hours on the truck. Trying be fair and compensate him a little for the unforeseen cost, I tried to give him a tip. He wouldn't have it then he told me "they don't accept tips" I about fell over.
