Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! First and foremost they sent over 2 inexperienced college aged movers in a truck that was extreme…read moreold..but turns out the 2 kids doing the move were great, worked hard and got the job done...unfortunately they put a 10 inch scratch in an originally priced $2500 LED TV...among other small damages..we chalked those up to just the inexperience..a deep scratch on the screen is not repairable and the tv needs to be replaced...we filed the necessary claim form with their insurance company (they offered a small discount but it was hardly the cost of repair/replace of tv)...after filing claim we did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks. When i contacted the same individual that helped with the initial claim...he advised the claim was denied because what they submitted and what we submitted wasn't the same...seems hard to believe the manager would submit a an error filled claim without coming to see the damage or speak to us or show us a copy of the filed they claimed. We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway. That being said, we know the cost of tv drop dramatically. We did not ask for full reimbursement...just the cost of current similar tv...which is more than fair for the damages. They don't fully disclose what's required and please ask for a copy of not only the insurance from the company but also of the vehicle they are using. He came with three guys who packed all my stuff in a couple of hours and got me out of there. After the fact when I needed him to come back and resolve something Sebastian was in constant communication and reliable. I was given a flat rate for the move which included all the packing, moving, supplies and emotional support! I would absolutely recommend this team.

Very bad experience…read more Movers were 20 minutes late. Then they had no mattress/box spring covers as promised when i got the quote. I had bought some originally when going to move by myself without movers but then wanted to return them since i had to book movers and they were to provide but they didn't have any so had to use my own (extra $20 out or my pocket). I was literally moving just across the street and had only a few things to move --- a bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, standing desk, 0 boxes bc had moved everything else myself already. Out of those few things they moved- they damaged my wood bedside table (part of a matching set so now can't use both of them) and damaged my bed frame. I have pictures of both the day before with no damage which proves they did the damage to both. Also keep in mind i only used 2 hr of the 4 minimum i had to book with them. So they only had to work half the time and move a few items and still those few items got damaged just from moving them to an apartment building next door. They offered me $60 for the damage, i felt i was owed at least $200 discount but all they would come up to was $100 off. Do NOT recommend. Wish i had just finished my move myself without hiring the movers at all
