The pool deck needed help too. I reached out to Colton, and he got me an estimate within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy, and he showed up today to get it all done. And wow--the house looks amazing! He did an incredible job, and the price was totally reasonable. Colton's customer service is top-notch too. I asked him about his service area since I'm in St. Johns County and this house is in Flagler. Turns out, he's even done work in my neighborhood (Nocatee), even though he mainly works in Palm Coast/Bunnell/Flagler. If you need soft washing, pressure washing, or any of that good stuff--hire this guy. You won't regret it!

Since I am out of state and not seeing what is happening to my property. He mentioned to me that the sidewalk did not need pressure washing this time, but Colton noticed my lot had debris and a tree that went over on my neighbors home from the recent hurricane. He did an awesome job with cleaning the debris and cutting the broken tree. My neighbor and I were both happy. So fortunate to have found Colton and his company. His prices are reasonable, and he is definitely well worth it! Hands down, the best powerwashing service company. I definitely will be using him for future work and will be recommending Colton to neighbors and acquaintances.

The initial appointment with Trent was professional, informative and well-presented. Clear explanations and many samples were provided. Our informed decision to contract with FCR was based on their reputation, multiple recommendations, an early target date with a one-day installation, and a very reasonable price quote. The FCR crew of 17 roofers arrived on time, placed protective tarps around our entire house and protected our gardens. They started systematically removing our old tile roof without any delay and quickly contained all debris which was removed immediately. The efficiency of all these workers was amazing. Clean-up was quick and methodical. Basically, the entire process was flawless. Dan was very hands-on and present. The following day, he noted a couple of small cosmetic touch-ups, which were immediately addressed and perfectly remedied. All-in-all, a stressful and major improvement to our home was expertly completed in record time. Thank you to the entire FCR team.

I had Hunter come by and spoke to him and I looked up the reviews and I felt comfortable paying a $23,000 deposit. The permits for the HOA and the Orange County came in very fast and they literally scheduled us within two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the crew. They showed up every morning at 6:30 in the morning and they left at 7:30 at night and it took about two weeks. I had a major concern with the open-ended nature of the contract regarding extras, but we were able to work it out in a very nice fashion with compromising respect. After they were finished the Orange County roofing inspector came and borrowed my ladder to go up on the roof and said it's the best roof he's ever seen. I have been through several heavy downpour and so far no leaks so I figure it's good for many years. A couple of things needed to be finished up and they came back and finished everything up with a very professional fashion. I was so pleased. I fed them every day. I would highly recommend this company. Hunter and Jim answered all my questions in a very timely fashion both before during and after which is a big deal to me. It's not always just money while that is a big concern, but also customer service.
