I am really impressed with that specially after dealing with other companies who don't understand the value of customer service these days. I received a fair estimate in 24 hours and my house was scheduled for pressure washing in no time. The job was also very well done. Eyesore roof spot gone, house looks new again, fence is white, mildew stains non-existent. I recommend Tim, his team and this company without any reservation.

Kudos for Ruben Cortina of Advantage Pressure Washing…read more We selected Ruben at Advantage Pressure Washing after checking reviews and asking around. To cut to the chase, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ruben's work, with his knowledge and professionalism, and his friendliness throughout the job. Our rating is 5-stars, a definite keeper; we will call him again next time. The list of work at our home included the front sidewalk and curb, a large tile patio, patio screens, backyard PVC fence, eaves and fascia, and stepping stones through the yard. Ruben gave us a written estimate up front and stuck to the fair price. He completed all of the work on the same day, as promised. The white PVC fence is now so bright it is hard to stare at it in the sunshine. Thumbs up for Advantage Pressure Washing.

Ruben with Advantage Pressure Washing is the BEST! That is why we keep requesting him over and…read moreover. When I had a brick home, Ruben pressure washed it so I didn't even recognize it. He made it look new. He has since washed the pool screen because of the algae build up a few years ago and this time we asked him to do the whole house. He made it look like it was just painted, taking away eight years of outside wear. He is consciencious, making sure my plants were wet down first so the product he was using did not affect them. Then afterwards he re-wet my plants to make sure they were safe. One of the main things I like about him is his ATTENTION TO DETAIL. He washed not only the walls, but also has a machine to scrub the travertine around the pool. This was unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Ruben Cortina is the ONLY ONE I would call. I am recommending him to everyone who needs pressure washing done right.

I reached out because I needed a consistent lawn service and I also had a small tree fall during a storm. I was very honest about what I needed. No wrrkly moving, weeding, cleaning up a bit of flower beds and then the one time tree removal. I was set up with the service, quoted, and I said that if the tree was more to just let me know. First service came. Lawn was okay, not great but acceptable and within HOA guidelines. Bradley Rand my door and said his saw was broken and that he would take care of the tree next time. Fine. HOA wouldn't like it but I understood. Fast forward to today. I get a message he's on the way. Three hours later, I get an email canceling the service because the tree was to big! Keep in mind he had been to my property and talked to me about the tree. He was not there a second time, just put in a cancelation. Didn't talk to me about it. Didn't try to negotiate a different rate. Called into the customer service and had them cancel like it was news to him and he was here. Lies. Horrible and unreliable I wouldn't trust them to take care of anything on your property.
