When the "teenagers" arrived to replace my gutters, they tore them off half my house, decided it was too much work removing all the screws that held them on, and proclaimed I needed a new roof before they could finish the work. I have had 3 other companies come out and all 3 say the roof is fine. I now have new gutters from a different company. I gave this company a deposit which they say is "non refundable" and I have not heard from them in over 2 months. Don't use these guys. They are making a living off of "non refundable" deposits and you will never hear from them once they destroy your roof.

The site said to allow up to 24 hours for a response. In less than 1 hour I received a message. The rate was right on target with what I had budgeted for. After I accepted the rate, Dan the owner said he could do the job within the same week. Dan stated that he would be at my house between 2 and 5pm. He was not kidding. 2:00 sharp he was at my house preparing for job. I was so impressed with that alone, but then he took it a step further. Dan was extremely polite and never once used any foul language which was so refreshing to me. He was respectful of my requests and my property. I kid you, not he had the total job done by a little after 5:00 pm. Here, I thought he meant he would arrive at my house between 2 and 5, but not complete the job at that time.
