He was extremely professional and apologetic, confirmed that the driver involved was immediately terminated, and assured me he would be reminding all staff of the importance of safe driving -- especially when operating a truck with a trailer, which requires longer stopping distances. These are marks of good leadership and accountability, and it speaks volumes about how this company is run. Good small businesses like this are the bedrock of a good community, and I appreciate how seriously they took the matter. Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company. Mistakes happen -- what matters is how leadership responds, and this owner handled it exactly the way a responsible community business should.

We had a multiphase project hardscape, irrigation, landscape and sod which we were quoted 4-6 weeks from start to finish. 4 months later with nothing but weekly excuses for why he could not make it back to our project we were notified he is discontinuing work. We have paid more than $18,000 for a hardscape that is not usable as the contractor noted in email just prior to discontinuing work that the hardscape is not cleared for use. The images are of how the project was left as of today. Sitting wall stones are not bonded in place, step is unsafe to travers as stones are loose, improper installation and grading of drainage causing erosion and undermining of pavers. We are now left with finding professional contractors that will clean up in TCR's wake. In addition to the hardscape issues we were left with thousands of dollars in repairs due to damage to our existidriveway, sprinklers, side yard and repairs to get our hardscape usable. The most disturbing part of our experience with TCR was at our last meeting he said to trust him and that the work would get completed and these delays are common in multi phase projects. As we are looking at new contractors to complete the work we are finding that the delays were unfounded. One example is the many weeks delay waiting for sprinkler components to be delivered, which never did arrive. Common plumbing supplies such a pvc pipe and sprinkler heads that can be ordered and picked up at Home Depot in a couple of hours. Looking back now we realized the intention was to never complete our project and was likely driving all the excuses and "delays". Very poor and unprofessional business practice.
