Pure shit show! I first inquired about a stone wall but was told they either did not do that or it cost too much, even though I was willing to pay for stone. I was told railroad ties would last 10 years. First appearances that looked good but at 2- 3 years it has already started to pull apart and rot in some areas. Owner, David Cole, later admitted he learned how to do this type of work from the internet. One worker, who lives nearby, began grading the front yard without even inquiring about the septic field, backhoe operator busted my metal gate, worker was caught on camera urinating next to my house, worker cut my tree without my okay, double the amount of rocks delivered, Knowing the constant harassment and evils of a disturbed neighbor, I watched as she posted a complaint on the county permit website, therefore became aware of an issue. The sprinkler installer was placing pipe in the right of way area well past my property line, which I had him reroute. Plus found out from other service, there are three (3) different heads with three different keys to adjust the sprinkler heads. At the end of project paid the final amount but never received any bill for additional costs. When I posted on Google review, a pre-written concern was written by the owner. However, his personal text sent me were that I needed psychiatric help and was a drunk. He stated I slammed back martinis with him. I have only had one Martini in my whole life and that was in 1970 and it was with vermouth which I found disgusting. This is the guy who has kids and has been removing his tattoos, but a tiger cannot change its stripes. A guy who has who kids, this old, and said he did not want his mother finding out that he smoked cigarettes.
I had bought meals for them, bought a misting machine to cool them down, and even gave one to one of the workers. I kept all of them hydrated, covered their equipment with plastic when it was rained on, was concerned and help them when I knew lightning was in the area. I place them in a presidential suite for three (3) days. And without my knowledge he slipped in his parents in another room which came out of my rewards. Plus, a catastrophe with their babysitter thinking her car had been stolen from the resort.
