Sprinkler Problems & Well Problems…read more We are new here and aware the underground sprinkler system had not been maintained for several years. This company 'Sprinkler Problems & Well Problems' was highly recommended. I called and they came right out. Harvey Bonin, the owner examined every sprinkler head, unearthed several, replaced many more, adjusted the flow and direction of others, and even replaced one under a sidewalk that had broken. He recommended a new timer and was able to install it the next morning. He was professional, focused, knowledgeable, prompt and fair. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Tyler is hands down one of the most responsive contractors I've ever worked with. He truly listens, understands your vision, and then elevates it with smart, thoughtful suggestions as the project progresses. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way really set him apart. His crew was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home every single day. Everything was completed exactly as agreed upon -- no surprises, no shortcuts. Most importantly, Tyler is honest and trustworthy. That peace of mind during a project like this is priceless. The finished patio and screen enclosure look incredible, and we would confidently recommend Steppy's to anyone looking for high-quality work and a contractor you can truly rely on.

I chose Action Handy Man because of the reviews and the location. There are usually not issues in…read morethe reviews. I had a couple. However, how they were handled is what I want to share. The first question was, is this an emergency? It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one. I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes. But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it. Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge. And I am thrilled to have my w/d working. It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

My wife and I found this place today and it was exactly what we needed. We had inherited a pond…read morefrom the former owners of the home we purchased nearly two years ago and since we were not involved in the creation of it, we really did not understand how it worked when the pump died. We had spent several hours since the pump went out browsing around online and it appeared that the Tetra biofilter (originally a part of the pond) was no longer a crowd-pleaser. We spent about an hour with Mark Oberst really understanding how the whole system worked and he also walked us through making connections on the hoses that seemed somewhat daunting to us non-plumbing types. He even demonstrated creating a connection, and loaned us the rest of his primer and marine-grade concrete so that we could get started right away. I get that this place is hidden from the road and may not look well supplied at first, but the expertise and years of high-level installations and trade-show exhibits and awards really shows as you get into the details of a project. He's got an eclectic little zen paradise hidden away back there that is worth a visit. We also picked up one of the lilies that he had grown to decorate our pond and if we weren't backed up to the jungle, with predators taking fish regularly, we would have loved to bring home some of the stunning koi he raises. We had our pond back up and running same day and will be back for more ideas in the future. You cannot go wrong with this kind of down-to-earth, knowledgable, and fairly-priced pond paradise!

I had my HOA destroy my yard 5 years ago and need to have an outside company do my yard. I am very picky about my yard and the job has been so excellent, I can't even express it. I love they will NOT mow when the ground is too wet and always listen to the customer. I am so elated and appreciative for this local small business!!!!!!!
