We tried calling for 3 days straight and every time we called we were told we would get a call back to schedule. Not only did we never receive a call, but when we called they always sounded annoyed and would have horrible customer service. We cancelled their service and had the insurance company call another pool service who responded to us promptly and professionally. In my opinion this represents their work not only in the office but also out at peoples houses. With a lot of other and better pool service providers out there I would highly recommend staying as far away from this one as possible!!! Absolutely poor service!!!

We finally had enough and fired them today. We have paid for services that we have not received including replacement of our pool light. They acid washed the pool and left sections unfinished for months and months. Reminders had them promising that it would be taken care of but it wasn't. The owner doesn't do the work himself but hires out others and doesn't oversee or check the work. It's like he can't be bothered. They did a new epoxy coating on the pool last week. (Not the owner but someone he hired out). The owner never came to check the results or fill the pool again and do new starter chemicals. After almost a week and no response from them my husband fired them and filled the pool himself. Then he went and checked the pool filters today that have supposedly been getting cleaned weekly and they were filthy. He spent hours on the pool today doing work that they were supposed to be doing. They are not responsive and their lack of customer service and communication is a big reason for why I do not recommend them...along with the false promises and lack of quality work. The wife who actually does the weekly service is nice and always prompt but it doesn't make up for all the rest. There are many other pool service companies in town. We are tired of putting up with this one. You shouldn't either.

I have been using them since October, when we started they let me know that the filters would be clean every 3 to 4 months. Every-time they come they tell me they don't have time to do it! I had an issue with the spa and the warranty company told me to have them clean it (back in October). Today, I was told they will no longer be servicing our home... no 2 week heads up or anything. I asked if they could clean the filters on this last cleaning and they said, they don't have time. They have a 4 hour window of arrival. I work from home and have dogs.... Apparently, it was brought to my attention that them waiting for 1 min and 12 seconds to give me time to put my dogs away - (without a prior call/text to let me know they're on their way) was an issue for them. I have 3 dogs... either text or be kind and wait 1 min... you're only here about 10 minutes anyways.

I would give "100 Stars" if I could. Living in an area "between" larger cities and having a major…read morefailure of a pool pump, could have been a disaster if not for Kelly @ 4 Seasons. After countless "Sorry, we don't service your area" calls, I found someone who likes challenges and road trips. From Kelly having several of the exact pumps that I had decided on after much research, to be willing to drive several hours less than two days later, (earned 5 Stars just for that.) Kelly arrived with not just the pump but with "just in case" pieces and parts (1 more star). After some cleanup of my feeble attempt at plumbing and installing the new pump, it was time to turn on everything and see how it works...only it didn't! After some troubleshooting, Kelly concluded that the control unit for the pump was defective and likely needed to be replaced. Without any hesitation, Kelly was determined to complete the job by deciding to drive hours back to his shop, grabbing a replacement, driving hours back, and finishing the job (5 more stars). Luckily he didn't have to do that...during his troubleshooting, he had been trying to contact his contacts at the pump manufacture for advice. Just before leaving, he received a call from the manufacture that enabled the pump to be repaired in place. OK, this is where it gets really amazing!!! One of the reasons I chose this exact pump is that it has WiFi / Bluetooth capability...that been said, the manufacture rep was able to connect remotely to the pump (amazing part) via a device designator number taken from a decal on the pump and basically reinstalled software and rebooted it, REMOTELY!!!! Yes, it fixed it...(10 more stars for Kelly and the manufacture...Pentair by the way). To top that, the rep stated that he had just received the capability to enable the remote connection and that this was the first time attempting it...first time...and it worked!!! I apologize for being long, but I really wanted to give credit where credit is due...and 100 + star credit is due here, without a doubt. Needless to say, that everything is up and running and water flow and pressure are amazing...Thank You Kelly and rep, you saved the day or should I say weekend...did I mention that this all took place the weekend of the holiday that kicks off the swim season (for us anyway)...the stars just keep adding up!!! I will resoundingly recommend Kelly @ 4 Seasons to anyone needing pool repair done...you can count on him, he's professional & fair priced (worth every penny)...period!
