I went in for annual wellness visits in 2022 (Dr. Williams) and 2024 (Dr. Joshi) and both times was very disappointed in the lack of care and poor quality of care. Dr. Williams forgot to take my radial pulse as required for people my age. At the end of the brief exam, she also walked out of the exam room with me and went into the adjacent exam room or see another patient without washing her hands. During my 10 minute " new patient" visit with Dr. Joshi (a new patient visit is supposed to take longer so the doctor can get to know you), I asked if she could please code this as a wellness visit to make sure it would be covered by insurance. She became very irate and refused to answer my question. Orlando Health did try to charge me extra for the visit, however after a call of complaint to the billing department, they reversed the added charges. I will not return to this location and will try to avoid Orlando Health.

Their patience with children is nonexistent, which is shocking for a pediatric office. The front waiting area is uncomfortably cold and unwelcoming. I truly can't stand coming here and will be moving to a different provider. This is the only medical office I've genuinely disliked in a long time--and we've had to switch a few due to insurance changes. To top it off, I was told that if I don't give vaccines, my child could die. Unbelievable that offices like this still operate in today's world.

We specifically go to Dr Didea, who we love! however, if you get any of the other doctors hear you're sure to be just as happy. We've had several appointments that were scheduled at the last minute due to illness and seeing the other doctors at that time. They were all just as great! The doctors truly care about your kids and the staff is always so welcoming and amazing. We have never had an issue with getting a same day sick appointment or a general yearly. They have an online portal, MyChart, so you can see doctors notes and send messages to your doctor and schedule appointments through there. At the end of the visits, kids get to choose their stickers and get a sugar free lollipop. From front staff to the nurses to the doctors, all of them truly care about your kids and they make it fun for the kids because we all know how kids hate the doctors office haha
