When first crew returned, they got into a turf war. Second crew left. Finished the move 8 hours after when it should have started. Things that were supposed to go to storage ended up with me. Things that were supposed to go with me ended up in storage. The storage room was a mess. I had to hire additional movers to get that straight. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I spoke with multiple moving companies, at least 5 before Adam, and knew the second I connected with him that their company and team was different. He is down-to-earth, honest, friendly, and proud of his business and work. He believes in building relationships and being transparent throughout the whole process, start to finish. Adam took the time to visit with me at my home and inspected my belongings BEFORE quoting me, none of the blind 2-minute quoting a lot of other companies offer. He also spent a good hour talking with me about my circumstances, wants, and needs without any kind of expressed commitment from me..and that meant so much to me. It also gave me the opportunity to learn a lot more about the company. Hearing their backstory and how the company came about, as well as the many ways they strive to be fair while also helping out those in need as they are able, is phenomenal and something worth hearing if you have the time to listen and chat with Adam or Claudia!! They were reasonably and fairly priced and I was more than happy to support a locally owned moving business.

Honestly, we didn't even reach out to any other moving company because Tony was so responsive and came so highly recommended. His pricing is clear and up-front. $150 per hour for a truck and three (kind, professional, caring, strong, and personable) moving guys from his crew. We budgeted for four hours and ended up getting the whole job done in under three! But that isn't to say these guys rushed--not at all, actually. They're super efficient and strong-- all of our furniture was prepped, moved and packed onto the truck with care. All furniture was secured with padding or plastic. The crew was mindful of wood floors and navigated some heavy and bulky furniture with ease! We did move a flat-screen, 55" TV. Tony was a pro at dissembling it, packing it perfectly and with care, then reassembled it when it got to our new home. In fact, he stuck around with his guys to be extra sure it was all put back together and ready to be plugged in! Once we were all done, Tony had our invoice emailed before he even left our home.
