Same horrible experience as others. They advertise being local but are in fact a siam marketing redirect to other companies. I forgot to read the small print and now every gutter site nationally is spam calling and texting. I put in a remove request from everyone so far and to the main website. Original install was flawless, the company installed the gutters and all seemed well. Fast forward a couple of months and every time it rains my front porch area flows over a long with an area in my back patio multiile attempts have been made to get the issue fixed and promises have been made but alas still waiting Communication with the company is well below sub par, you won't get a reply until you make multiple attempts read more

I requested an estimate and as soon as I hit send, I got a message saying they weren't available and I was being referred to one of their partners. My phone and email is now being blown up by Leaf Filter. It's relentless. You can't block the number because they are robo calls and the number keeps changing. If this review would accept zero, that would be the best rating for this review. He introduce himself to me as christian to get my confidence. He was paid in full for the verbal contract work for fixing my gutter. He accepted the money and promised that he will return to fix the gutter. I have called him multiple times and was promised numerous times for the fix but he never showed. He never followed up, never answers my phone calls. I ask him for a refund for services not rendered and he did not have any response. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF CONTRACTING ANY WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. He is unreliable and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I made the mistake of hiring this company after seeing them on FB. When Thorne Koci with All Star Gutters came to our house to give us a quote he was not professional or prepared at all. He was not in a marked vehicle advertising his company, he did not have any Identification with him to prove who he was. He would not write out a quote and stated that he would have it emailed to me by the end of the day. He did have a business card but that was all. These were all my red flags that I didn't pay attention to and learned the hard way. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! After Thorne Koci stated that he would give us a $200.00 discount if we agreed to have the installation the next day. I was quoted $1600.00 with a discount of $200.00. My total was $1400.00. We agreed to the installation. This included powder coated leaf guards for the entire gutter system and all the materials and labor. He came out the next day for installation which took most of the day and he had to come back the next day to finish. Thorne and his helper arrived a little over an hour LATE of the scheduled 8:00 a.m. agreed time. He did have a helper with him. When The job was complete I did the walk around with him and pointed out the areas where I could see daylight from the ground looking up. Thorne Koci said, " it has caulk on the inside and it is clear caulk. It will not leak." I did not get on a ladder to look at the finished job from above before he left. ALWAYS DO THIS!!! About a week later it rained everyday for about 5 days. Not enough rain to overwhelm a gutter system if it was installed properly. The first night it rained, the gutters in the front of the house bent and came loose from the house pulling away from the facia due to improper size screws. They didn't even go into the wood facia of the house. We had leaks at every corner of the house. There were (8) places of just leaks. I texted Thorne Koci the night of the 1st rain and showed him the poor construction of the gutter system and all the leaks. He came out the next day and installed a bracket where the gutter pulled away from the front of the house and removed the gutter piece from above the back door. He talked about ordering a "rain chain" for the area at the back door and stated that he would be back in a few days and take care of it. In the meantime, it is raining and you can't tell that we even have gutters installed because of the leaks. I contacted another gutter company to come out and evaluate the problem. I was informed that if we left the gutters up there, they were going to pull away from the side of the house due to the improper installation and supplies used. At this time, I went up on the roof to see what this Professional Gutter Company with over 20 years experience was talking about. I was shocked when I saw the insanely poor installation of this system and now knew what the EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL was talking about and why we were having so many problems. The spacing on the brackets was way too far apart. The gutters were not at an angle for proper flowing, there were loose screws all in the gutters, the caulk looked like it had been done by a third grader. The places where I could see light during the walk around, there was no caulking in those areas or what little bit of caulk that was there did not cover the area completely to prevent leaking. There were sheet metal screws all around my house on the ground. My dog was caught a day later with a piece of sheet metal the size of a dinner plate in her mouth that she found lying on the ground in the backyard. I informed Thorne Koci that until I received the information he could not come back. I was informed that I would have it by 5:00 p.m. that day. I had not received it and we had more rain coming in the following days. The gutters needed to be removed from the house before the next rain or we were going to sustain more damage. I had to remove the gutter system myself to prevent further damage to the house. I contacted Thorne Koci of AllStar Gutters and informed him that I wanted a refund. He agreed to the refund of the $1400.00 but insisted that he come and remove the system from the house and collect his supplies. After being informed that they were disposed of, he agreed to pay $1379.00 which was the total minus what the scrap yard paid for the metal. We are going on 5 months without any contact. He will not answer or return phone calls, text messages or phone messages left with his spouse. He has demonstrated that he is NOT a man of his word. Needless to say, Thorn Koci with All Star Gutters does NOT do a good job at all!!!! I will keep making reviews, reporting him and spreading the word about his lack of professionalism and incompetence to install a proper gutter system. I have since spoken to other customers that had problems with proper installation. read more

Thorne Koci (dba All Star Gutters and Pensacola Seamless Gutters ) is totally dishonest and unprofessional in my opinion. Do not pay him anything until you have satisfactory paperwork in hand. It appears to me that his business plan is to promise but never furnish anything in writing so he doesn't have to stand behind his work, which is mediocre at best I could go on about my sad experience with him, but suffice to say, Run don't walk. read more

All Star Gutter LLC installed gutters that resulted in a dangerous icing condition developing on the driveway, patio and steps to my home and then, callously ignore my complaint when they were unable to alleviate or correct the problem, forcing me to employ Home Genius Exterior to remove and replace their flawed installation. The treatment accorded me was disrespectful, arrogant and devoid of standard business courtesy. I would have loved to review this company and further to have patronized a veteran owned business but never got past the estimate stage. Two promised and missed estimate dates and an estimate at the wrong house was the quality service that I got. When I called to ask about my estimate, was told it was ready all they needed was my email address. This even though, 2 days earlier they emailed me gutter color samples. I have a serious issue chasing people to spend my money! I have selected another company to install my gutters. read more

After hurricane Sally came through our area I needed lots of work done. For my gutter damage I chose all star gutters because they offered a great price without a long wait. The workers were super nice and did an awesome job. Highly recommend!! read more
