He is the cheapest for installing a fence in this area and the lumber he uses is of high quality. Information from the Company: Originated in January 2010 and are a home owned and operated business. Don't employ a dozen fence crews, secretaries or a half dozen sales people. Inventory is kept at only what is needed which in turn means a better price for the customer. Have sold & installed approximately 800 fences & about 50 patio & pool decks in the Northwest Florida area since opening. She had him do somethings around her house and had a good experience. We called him and he came out and gave an estimate on putting a part of some vinyl ceiling that was coming down on the back porch and a place where the gutter was having an issue. He gave us an estimate and we decided to use him. He set up a date and showed up on time. He was very nice. He worked most of the day and completed the work. He was paid the same day and the check cleared the bank. Everything was ok for a few weeks and then the ceiling on the back porch actually came down more than it had initially. Also, when the heat rains came the gutter which was only leaking in one small section is leaking in several sections. We contacted Ezara in June 2021 and he responded and said he would get us back on the schedule. It is now September 2021 (3 1/2 months) and he has not responded to our many attempts to contact him since nor has he put us on the schedule. We just want the problems fixed or the money given back so we can fix the problems. At this point, I would not recommend him or his company Plans To Hands for anything.
