Keith Walther Roofing replaced the roof on my property in Milton, FL and did a great job from start…read moreto finish. I received multiple quotes before choosing Keith. He was responsive, answered my questions directly, explained the materials and warranty options, and kept me updated throughout the project. During tear-off, they found damaged decking that needed replacement and provided photo documentation of the repairs. The crew completed the roof quickly, the job passed Santa Rosa County inspection, and I received the permit, inspection report, certificate of completion, and project photos. The final roof includes a full shingle replacement and low-slope roofing sections, and everything was completed according to code. If you're looking for a roofing company that communicates well and follows through on what they promise, I would recommend Keith Walther Roofing.

I spoke with Sammy Dean who introduced their company and shared in detail what materials would be used to replace my existing roof. I was offered a clear understanding of what the timeline for the roof replacement would be and told how they would protect my home and shrubs. I was amazed the day the crew came to start the project. It was like a well oiled machine, each knowing their task. All people I spoke to with Keith Walther Roofing were pleasant and professional from the office staff, to the sales rep (who was also the overseer of the project, Sammy Dean) and the hard working crew of roofers. This was a job well done.

However, if you value customer service, if you feel like you should be presented with samples and past work to choose from, if you feel you should receive return calls from this business in a reasonable amount of time, and last if you do not value integrity from someone providing you a service please do not make the mistake I made. Check other businesses in this area that will provide honest and old fashioned customer service. It maybe a lost art but I value it and expect it as I am an active duty service member of 29.5 years and this is not what I expect from a small business in our community. I should have known from the start when I presented Jeff with the security deposit of $2,000 that he said he was not going to cash the check until I ga e him the green light. He wanted to hold onto it since I was leaving TDY in a few days so that if I decided we would go with him while I was TDY he would then cash it. WRONG....Jeff cashed the check that same day. That was clue #1. So now that he has cashed the check after telling me he would not he still failed to provide samples of what he could do, itemized list of exactly what I was paying for, and I felt like we had to pull teeth to get the info out of him. I have the texts to proove it. He also stated that while I was gone for the 3 weeks he would have the job done before I got back. WRONG!!!!!! I can back and nothing was started. Now I understand people may get busy but not once did he contact me and tell me there was going to be a delay. I had to make ALL the calls and inquire. Is that too much to expect? Lastly, now that the work is done, after a week I noticed some sunken areas and there seems to be some unfinished work that his workers need to come back and assess. I have called them twice and left messages. Still no return call from this company. Please seek another business. I have never been treated like this as a customer and hope no one else in this area goes through this. I will ensure all my neighbors know not to use this company. Ray

When looking for a kitchen remodel we were given a recommendation of Pea Ridge Woodworks…read more850.384.7460. Our kitchen needed to be completely gutted, and a wall needed to be removed. We live in Atmore Alabama, a very small town and did not know where to begin to find a good contractor. We called Nathan Hobbs and set up an appointment for a consultation. Nathan was prompt and gave us some really great ideas. He worked very closely with Cabinets to Go and our countertop installer to meet our schedule for cabinet delivery and installation and began work immediately tearing out our old kitchen. This man was very hard working, respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of each workday prior to leaving. When given a quote Nathan stuck to it, there were no added cost upon completion. I have been through remodels in the past that were extremely stressful and always ended up costing more than quoted. That was not my experience during this remodel. I have now lived with my remodel for a couple of months, and I just love it. It is a room that inspires great meals, and everyone that has visited our home loves it. We have no regrets about decisions made based on Nathans recommendations. I will use Pea Ridge Woodworks for all of my remodel needs in the future. Thank you, Nathan Hobbs, for treating my home as if it were your own, for always listening to my needs and building a kitchen that I love to cook in.

Of the three fence builders we called for vinyl Gentry Farmhouse was the most professional and knowledgeable Additionally, they use a technique no other company offered. The quote came in the middle of the other two quotes, but the deciding factor for us was the technique and materials they use. They drive 8 ft metal poles inside the posts to give the posts added strength. The poles are driven 4 ft directly into the ground, giving it stability. The gate latches and hinges they use are high quality and made to last. They were able to finish our more than 400 linear feet fence in less than 3 days, and it looks great! I would highly recommend Gentry!
