We recently hired Robinson Exteriors to update the exterior of our home, a single-story brick ranch…read morebuilt in 1975, and we could not be happier with the results. Over the years, our brick had accumulated significant staining and discoloration from iron in our sprinkler water, along with the normal wear and tear that comes with a 50-year-old home. We contacted several contractors, but Devin Robinson stood out immediately. He took the time to explain every step of the process, the products he would use, and what we could expect from start to finish. In fact, Devin came highly recommended by our local Sherwin-Williams store. One of the employees told us he was impressed by Devin's work ethic and commitment to staying on a job until it met his own high standards. After working with him, I can see exactly why he has earned that reputation. The project began with the removal of our old gutters, which were also being replaced. Devin and his crew thoroughly cleaned the exterior of the house using specialized cleaning solutions and pressure washing techniques that removed years of stains and buildup that I had never been able to get rid of myself. Once the brick was cleaned, it revealed areas where the mortar needed repair, and those issues were addressed before any painting began. The crew then cleaned the house again, carefully masked all surrounding surfaces, applied multiple coats of primer, and finished with a high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint system. One thing that particularly impressed me was Devin's attention to detail. Before painting, he replaced deteriorated wood and other materials that could have compromised the finished product, ensuring the paint would last for years to come. The final result exceeded our expectations. The house looks beautiful, the new gutters were professionally installed, and everything functions perfectly. I cannot recommend Robinson Exteriors highly enough. Devin's professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic are second to none. If I ever need exterior work done again, Robinson Exteriors will be my first call.

However, when we asked about this, he said that he would have to order a whole new pallet of pavers (which, of course, drives the cost way up). What happened to the pavers he was supposed to hold for us? Also, prior to the damage, we noticed a problem with some of the pavers sinking down somewhat where we drive our vehicles. My wife asked Claudio on the initial consult, before putting the pavers in, if the pavers would support our RV, and he told her that they would. We asked to have that repaired under the 5-year warranty, but then he became very rude and belligerent and stated that he had never paid any claim previously under the warranty. I now see why.
