The food court has lots of options for good food, fast and not so fast too. Plenty of parking even though it can get crowded. I usually go there when I need to get a specific item. The place itself is clean, I liked that they're not the usually kiosks or sales people trying to sell you things, that's a plus for me when it comes to choosing a mall. I have some places that I like to go there for food, like the Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. My daughter likes that there's a Claire's, and all the other Claire's around that we know are now closed. They have unique places when it comes to luxury brands, plenty of parking, but in peak season time can get difficult to find a parking close to the entrance. I go sometimes, and meet friends since it's near the touristic/universal studios area. They also have a big Apple store, that occasionally visit.

Everything in her store was very organized. She explained to me where everything was according to what I would be interested in. If I had any questions, she was there to help. One thing I really liked, was the fact that she LET ME LOOK around in peace without hounding me for a sale like a lot of other sales people do when coming to their store. I have been buying from her on line shop for a little while now and decided it was time to pay her store a visit. I am so glad that I did and it was well worth the hour drive. The checkout lanes had 5-10 minutes wait due to a lot of people in the store. They had 3 register open and lines were moving quickly. For example in the oils aisle they had over 50 essential and hair oils. This used to be a Toys R Us so a big store. They had wide and long aisles and the store appeared to be clean. The prices are not very competitive even compared to places like Ulta which discount through coupons. The bathrooms were both taped off and closed. I suspect they do this to prevent theft but we stopped in after a big lunch. The employee said the closest restroom was JC Penny. There was a security guard and he was talking to someone in the doorway on the way in and also when we left. He kind of startled me at first because I thought he was talking to us. I think I would try here if there was an item I could not find at another store.

I understand that may not seem like a lot but when I can get a good quality shirt on a clearance rack at Burlington for about five bucks $40 seems like quite the ripoff. The only thing I can say is that sometimes they do have decent things on clearance, but you really do have to dig. I have found that they also have a lot of similar things to Ross and Burlington clothes wise, which is why I really only prefer to look at the shoes when I go to Nordstrom rack. I like that they also have makeup and perfume there so that it is more of a one stop shop. They even have some toys and tons of kids shoes and clothes too.
