I wish I would've done some researching first because the name of this dealership has been changed a few times and most of the numbers listed are not in service. He went back May 7th and met with her on the appointed date, she said they would order the parts and call us when they came in. (Wasted 2 trips even though she verified them the first time she failed to order the parts) We never got a call about the parts so on the 20th I (wife) called to check, and sure enough the parts were there. They completed the recalls, when we picked up, there was trash on the floor they used to do the recalls, along with rubber stopper looking parts and white plastic clips. The driver door panel was not properly put back in place, we corrected that ourselves, and now our dash has scratches from one of the recalls. We wanted to love this place because it's close to home but never again! General manager (David Hill) says his best technician did the job, well he must be a pig to leave such a mess! Yes our van is older, but it's in great shape and we put a brand new engine in it 3 years ago. So those miles you speak of Mr. David Hill are not what's on the brand new engine. Too bad, we thought we had found us a go to closer to home..... NOPE!

I purchased a Tahoe from there and I have never had to put so much work into a used car I've bought. They replaced the cracked windshield but I had to get a lift kit taken off, new tires, new back brakes, the seat behind the driver's said shakes, and the tire monitor has to be serviced. Here I am trying to make sure my car is up to par and I had to come out of pocket more money in addition to the purchase in just the 2 months I have had the Tahoe. He would't even just take a look at it without charging me a huge diagnostic fee after I just spend over $7500 with this man and my a/c was working just fine until I brought it to this shop!
