The process was seamless and got a better trade-in offer than my dealership! I highly recommend GivemetheVIN!

That said, they have always done good work for us, and my only complaint would be that their estimates of when the work would be done have sometimes been a bit optimistic.

Never talked to anyone in Senior Management even after requesting such, just sales managers. 6. Was offered $250 off.... ---- I was working with Jarrad via email and text to try and buy a Wrangler and after I made an offer, he responded with "Man if I could do $33, you don't think I would have told you that? Give me $33,750 and bring me some spring rolls and pho" (I am Vietnamese-American). Since this was obviously wildly inappropriate, I sent the dealership a message via FB to have the Owner or GM contact me. Jarrad called me back and apologized. Several hours later, Tabbatha the Internet Sales Manager called to say that the she had been asked to call me to apologize and asked me the details of our interaction (not sure why she didn't just ask Jarrad). She said she would speak to the Owner to see what she could do. Several hours after that... Jerry the Sales Manager called me to say he also been asked to call but had no details... Not sure why he also didn't ask Jarrad or Tabbatha. Jerry also apologized but couldn't turn off his salesman hat, consistently trying to *see what we can do to get you into this car* and in the end offered me ***$250*** off what Jarrad offered me. At that point I just wanted to get off of the phone. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership.....

In 25 years of driving, I have never written a bad review for a service center. I have never been…read morelied to nor experienced disrespect like I did here. Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

Then after plucking the keyboard, Agent said, "oh, here it is; you're good." Now I'm questioning 1) whether I paid for a service I didn't get, 2) if the service techs screwed up my paperwork last visit, or 3) if the Price LeBlanc service agents are told to "SELL SELL SELL" regardless of whether the vehicle needs it. In any case, I've lost trust in Price LeBlanc Toyota in Baton Rouge.

It was a nice drive from NOLA to BTR, that went well. Lol…read more I tried to call PRIOR to making the 80.8 mile drive to the facility to ensure 1) the vehicle was still in place 2) inquire of the condition 3) make sure they would be open Memorial Day. Well the answer to the 3rd question was resolved by the website. questions is 1 and 2 remained unanswered. Soooooo in spite of it all I took a chance and made the drive. After all, it was Memorial Day, BTR is not a bad drive and I was interested to see what the outcome would be. I will say this is a great idea. Whoever came up with. It is a great idea. You basically go on the website. See if the vehicle is in place, head on over and you remove the part yourself. There is a $2 admission cost, but if you sign up for the free VIP membership, there's a reduced price. And as a VIP member, your privyy to all sorts of deals that they send you via email or sms messaging. They provide you with wheelbarrows in the event that you have a heavy load to carry. But other than that, this is a DIY and it's best. So bring your OWN TOOLS!!!! Rows and rows of cars. Just imagine a vast wasteland of vehicles, but in a semi ordered fashion. In designated row and even particular spaces ie C304. All are ready to be taken a part as one needs. What I saw on the website versus what I saw in person we're starkly different. It was the Amazon vs Wish version of items. I must admit the vehicle that I was looking at it been there since March 2026 and this is the end of May 2026. So understandably things would be different. But my goodness, there was barely anything left of the vehicle. For your convenience, there's a handwashing station as you exit the yard. I found this to be beneficial, those junked cars are full of grease, grime & stagnant water from the rain. Also, in addition to being able to remove parts there is an area near the front door where they also sell other things. I guess things that they found in the cars, i.e. shoes, purses, etc.. Annnndddd I also found that they sell batteries and used tires. And they even have cars for sale. I did leave with a piece for my car, but not the ones I came for. So the trip wasn't a TOTAL BUST. I would return, maybe not to this particular location as there is one closer to my home, but I do like the idea of being able to find parts for the low-low. And I would also bring a person that is mechanically inclined to help with disassembly of the vehicle part that you need. I found the employees to be pleasant. Not very helpful, there was a sale going on and had I not mentioned it, the cashier was not going to share that information; HOW RUDE... Lol As I left, I heard in my Spirit, one man's trash is another man's treasure. This place truly embodies that adage.

I thought I'd never have to visit a junkyard again but here I am, thanks to owning a rare vehicle…read morethat contains discontinued parts from the manufacturer. I was in search of a driver side door actuator. I actually ordered one from EBAY but it didn't include the floor and trunk manual release. I took a look on Pull A Part's website for shits and giggles expecting them to have every model CTS except a coupe. To my surprise, the Baton Rouge location had a coupe in stock. Now the flip side was wondering if this part was still in the car. I drove an hour by both holding my door closed by hand and tying a strap to it, lol. Pull-A-Part granted me free admission for being a veteran. I arrived to find the part was still there. Now the other flip side was wondering if the part was still operational since you need the vehicle powered to test the actuators and the batteries are removed. You also need to remove the backseat, rear interior panels, and seatbelt to access the door actuator. Luckily Pull-A-Part has the vehicles elevated and spaced out which creates a decent work environment. I didn't even mind the fact that it began to rain. I even removed the passenger side door actuator for when it's needed in the future. Pull-A-Part discourages working on your vehicle in the parking lot. I needed to verify the driver actuator worked so I installed it quickly since my backseat and panels were already removed. I plugged it up and it didn't work. Disappointment was an understatement. Then something told me to pull on the floor release. The chime began to sound after hearing the actuator click. I closed the door and it worked. I did a little dance not caring about being seen, then I quickly hit the road after gathering my tools! P.S. Pull-A-Part only offers store credit. No refunds.
