My wool jacket came back with pet hair affixed and looking/smelling the same as when I had dropped it off. I paid full price for the cleaning and upon returning to ask for a second run or refund the woman working gave me a tutorial on how to lint roll my coat -- Which I've done many times! I just wanted it cleaned professionally. I've taken it to another cleaners near my work, Peachy's in Kendallville, and am exceptionally pleased. So much for supporting local business. I will never return to Chuck's.
