The only thing I would advise them to do better is when the estimate and the actual project are months apart, to put it on their books to call folks when it's time to schedule the project. But everything was great. They send the invoice a week later to your email and you pay it online or you can send a check. Easy. Also, I would like to mention that they were less expensive than the outfit who trimmed the tree a couple of years ago, so we were happy about that. We will definitely use them again.
