The contractors that did my house did not pay attention to detail. I feel like the contractor was in a hurry to move on to the next job. I chose Midwest because they had the lowest bid, but had I know the quality was going to be this poor I would have went with another company.

After a short phone call and some measurements, Mike was able to lay out a timeline of what he needed to do to order the glass, drive the distance to Havana, and install the new safety glass. The main reason why I went with Pella is because they completely removed the old windows (original to the house, 50 year old aluminum windows) to install the new ones. The men who worked on the house were wonderful, kind, and cleaned up well after each day. I can already tell that this winter is going to be much better and more cozy with the new windows. :) Pella also replaced the trim and it is beautiful work. I'm very pleased and impressed.
