They gave us practical suggestions, and never any pressure. On the day of the work, their crews showed up on time. Everyone was skilled and professional. When they left the only sign of their presence was an amazing roof. As I look back on the experience, I am beginning to notice more of the many marks of craftsmanship and detail that I missed earlier, and that make me even happier with the work. We had purchased and had installed a Sunsetter Awning from Four Seasons Gutter protection Company…read morein East Peoria. I shopped around for the best price and product before deciding to go with the Sunsetter approved Four Seasons company. The Sunsetter is a very good product for the price and although you can't believe everything you see on TV, like an awning for less than $600.00, once you shop around you will find this to be the best choice. Jeff was easy to deal with and was not a high pressure sales. He spent time and answered all my questions about the differences between the Sunsetter and products found at other sources that were significantly higher in price. When time to install his people were very professional courteous and completed the work in a short amount of time. They then went through the operation of the awning and answered more questions as well as offering to help anytime we had a question or problem. Guess it doesn't get any better than this. I would go back to Jeff for any product he handles with confidence.

The grout work they did was terribly messy with no attention to detail, they matched the color horribly, suggested we seal the tile ourselves and then they had to pay A DIFFERENT contractor to fix their work. Communication was non existent. We always had to be the ones to call them to ask when they were coming, to come look at the work needing repairs, to beg for our money back or get it fixed. Their managers say, "we won't be happy unless we get a 5 star review. That's how good we are." If I could give them -5, I would. Oof! It still makes me angry when I think about Force Masonry.
