This raised the price, which was fine. Upon completing the cleaning, I went downstairs and there were still marks on the top of the washer and dryer. My living room and bedrooms needed to be swept again. The kitchen sink and counters still had spots that i had to clean. I was very disappointed with the higher price and less than good clean. Do not recommend.

They got right to work cleaning all surfaces, ceiling fans, vents, floors, carpets, windows, shelves, cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards & walls..... They were very careful with items on our shelves and were very polite. We used Google Translate, which worked very well to communicate. They met and exceeded our expectations and we plan to have them return on a regular basis. They were thorough, prompt and courteous!

It was important to us to use a dry cleaning system that would not effect my allergies or our pets in any way. We had many stains from children spilling food to pet stains. Tim spent a lot of time and used various Green Pro products associated with specific cleaning applications. I was totally amazed at how the cleaning removed the stains, with no odor and left our carpet looking like new! I liked the fact that we did not have to put pads under the legs of our furniture after cleaning like you would have to do for water and steam cleaning. Our carpet still looks like new months after having him clean it. He spent a lot of time working on our floors to ensure he gaves us the best cleaning and service possible. He explained the process, advantages, and quality of the products and his ability. Tim even came back to inspect his work a week after cleaning and made sure we were satisfied which seemed to be his main focus...happy customers! First time when I called them few months back , they changed the timing 3 times and finally reported in the evening citing some emergency. I again gave them a chance and today when they were all set to come , I get an email 30 minutes before the scheduled timing that they have a medical emergency and cannot come. I called and Berna gave me a reason ( little unbelievable) that she have a medical emergency but will call me in an hour and will arrange something . We waited for the whole day , try to contact her few times as we didn't schedule anyone else but she never picked up the phone. Later in the evening i called from my friend's phone and she picks up but immediately hanged up the line after listening to my voice and later never picked up the phone. I would suggest to never try them as its not safe to have such liers in our house. This is the second time they did this and I guess this is the normal business for them to fool around and lie. Once they get any other job paying few dollar more, they drop the scheduled one !! Very sad

My initial phone call was with Helen, who was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained their entire process and asked all the right questions to provide an accurate estimate. On the morning of the service, Helen proactively called right before my appointment to let me know that Larry, our assigned cleaner, might be running a few minutes late. Even with the heads-up, Larry arrived essentially right on time. After a quick walkthrough, he got straight to work. Larry is a fantastic representative for this company. He was warm and friendly but stayed completely focused on the job. Deep cleaning a house alone is a massive undertaking, and while it would have gone faster with a full crew, Larry pushed through the entire day without stopping. His work ethic was seriously impressive. The final results were incredibly thorough, and it is clear Larry takes immense pride in his work. To top it off, the final bill matched the initial estimate, and Helen followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
