They got right to work cleaning all surfaces, ceiling fans, vents, floors, carpets, windows, shelves, cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards & walls..... They were very careful with items on our shelves and were very polite. We used Google Translate, which worked very well to communicate. They met and exceeded our expectations and we plan to have them return on a regular basis. They were thorough, prompt and courteous!

I tried other cleaning companies after that, but the quality of work was so poor. I went back to Organic Cleaning Machine, and they did a better job than the first time. The crew are polite and professional. What you need done, will be done in the best way possible. They insist on only using high quality products to be available on hand. It is the only company I'll use to clean my home from now on.

This raised the price, which was fine. Upon completing the cleaning, I went downstairs and there were still marks on the top of the washer and dryer. My living room and bedrooms needed to be swept again. The kitchen sink and counters still had spots that i had to clean. I was very disappointed with the higher price and less than good clean. Do not recommend.

My personal life has been quite tumultuous the past 2 years, including bad tenants and roommates in and out of the home. I explained all of the glaring issues when they came to give a quote. I felt that I had communicated clearly what they were getting into, and when they toured the home they seemed confident. I desperately needed the help and agreed to the original quote. They were polite to me, but not when speaking to my relator about me. At the end, they asked for an extra $200 on top of the quoted price as they went far over budget during the cleaning. My financial situation is very tight and having the money for the original quote was a stretch, and I simply couldn't pay them any extra. This whole thing left me feeling guilty, shameful, and broke. I do not believe I will hire cleaning services (from anywhere) in the future.

My initial phone call was with Helen, who was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained their entire process and asked all the right questions to provide an accurate estimate. On the morning of the service, Helen proactively called right before my appointment to let me know that Larry, our assigned cleaner, might be running a few minutes late. Even with the heads-up, Larry arrived essentially right on time. After a quick walkthrough, he got straight to work. Larry is a fantastic representative for this company. He was warm and friendly but stayed completely focused on the job. Deep cleaning a house alone is a massive undertaking, and while it would have gone faster with a full crew, Larry pushed through the entire day without stopping. His work ethic was seriously impressive. The final results were incredibly thorough, and it is clear Larry takes immense pride in his work. To top it off, the final bill matched the initial estimate, and Helen followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
