Talented artists, but overall way too expensive, and the owner Jon is far from a good businessman. Fella gets offended by any negative feedback posted on here and offers little to no help. Not only did I get price gouged at the chair AFTER my session (for a palm sized design receptionist said $150, artist said $450), but I had ink I'm allergic to put in my skin here after stating black ink only. The only thing Jon had to offer was his opinion that it was it was my fault because I didn't tell the artist directly, even though the front desk lady wrote down black for ink color. I've NEVER had this problem at another shop, and when stated Jon said I should go see my "cheaper side pieces" then. What a great salesman Jon is! Much better alternatives: * 512 tattoo * Austin Tattoo Company (N Lamar & Research) * Electric 13 * Atomic Tattoo (right next door to AS North) The owners of most of these shops still tattoo daily or are at least in the shop, and don't just profit off of their artists. Unless you know an artist at All Saints personally, save your money and spend it where it will be greatly appreciated, not expected. DM's attached below. Original Yelp review has been deleted and turned into this one because Jon deserves the scrutiny, NOT the artists unfortunately employed under him.
Great tattoo, I believe a sleeve or maybe a chest piece is on my mind right now. Thank you guys. Full price was paid sorry for the misunderstanding on my part as well.
My family spent the weekend in Austin celebrating a 40th birthday and first time visits for a few of us. We wanted to get tattoos to commemorate the fun weekend so we found All Saints online and decided to check it out. This location is so cute and the artists available were so welcoming! I was paired with Marco and loved the experience. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he made it his own which was awesome. Set up was quick and the tattoo experience was quite relaxing. The other artist that worked with my family was great too, unfortunately I don't remember her name. If you're looking to get a tattoo in Austin, come visit All Saints!!
Me and my friends are visiting Austin and we decided to be spontaneous and did walk in's.. Alyssa greeted us and answered any questions and concerns we had. Our tattoo artist were Carlos and Frank who were kind and did a very good job on all our tattoos. The atmosphere is chill and everyone in there is so friendly and cool definitely check them out :)
So happy our original spot closed sooner than we were told because we found this awesome shop A+ location on 6th Street A+ Customer service. Manager and team were communicative and i never felt like just another buzzed tourist getting a midnight tattoo. A+ CLEANLINESS ans Covid safe A+ tattoo. DIXON was awesome and talented. Did all 3 of my new tattoos and it was swift and mostly painless. A+ GREAT prices. Nothing like the rip off spots in LA Will def be back to cover my ex husband's name when I have time :/ don't judge me i was 22!
We rolled in late on a Tuesday night and Marco was able to fit us in. Super nice guy, we had out ten year old with us, and Marco just acted like a long-lost uncle. We connected over military talk and was just a great vibe. Our tattoos speak for themselves. We had an idea and he made it happen. Brian even popped in and helped my ex with some piercing issues she'd been dealing with. Didn't leave till after midnight, but never felt rushed or unwelcome.
Walked in for an appointment at 5 pm on a Wednesday with my mom for her first tattoo and my third. We were immediately served and John got to work on our tattoos after consultation. On first impression, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop. The flash tattoo selection is great for inspiration. John was easy to talk to. During the process of sketching, he talked me through it and gave me recommendations. I really appreciated that as I like to see the artist express their own creativity into the piece. My tattoo took about 2/3 hrs. John used a cordless machine. It was really quiet so I think it was perfect for my moms first time at a tattoo shop. Not too scary. Overall, I would come here again for a tattoo if I'm in town. The staff was friendly and the process was safe and clean. Being from New Orleans, 6th street gave me a sense of home. Tough but loving.
My friend and sister and I stopped in All Saints to get tattoos when we were visiting Austin. My sister and I wanted matching tattoos (a bit of a cliche, I know) and my friend was getting her dad's signature tattooed on her wrist. We walked in just after they opened at noon and they got us in immediately. Sandy was awesome! I'm sure doing small, simple tattoos isn't her most favorite thing but she was a pleasure to work with and very fast and kind. The shop was clean (obviously important) and right on 6th St. so you can go enjoy a cocktail and some live music at nearly any bar down the road. I should also say that while we got small pieces, Sandy's portfolio of work is really gorgeous!
Came in on a whim with my girl egging me on and got a surprisingly nice tattoo. I'll post a healed photo later but she did an amazing job for a random walk in. Totally love it, can't remember her name who did it.
I don't often write reviews but I definitely need to express how happy, over joyed, I am with my tattoo. Muriella Mercado did such a beautiful job on my fine line, script tattoo. She is so kind, caring and talented! She listened to the story behind the meaning of my tattoo. No judgement, just compassion. The shop is clean. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly . I will definitely be back! Can't recommend this business enough!! Thank you Muriella
Was in town for a short vacation and went to All Saints for a quick souvenir walk in tattoo. Jenna was my artist and she was quick and did a great job. Highly recommend All Saints and Jenna specifically!
After a failed attempt at another walk-in space, my best friend and I ended up at All Saints on 6th. Parking was an absolute nightmare so I would recommend taking a rideshare to get to this location. When someone talks about tattoo shops in Austin, All Saints is definitely one of those mentioned almost every time. The tattoo/piercing shop has wonderful reviews and a ton of happy patrons. The vibe in this space is very lowkey and homey. We were the first ones in for the day. My best friend and I wanted to get complementary tattoos. We only wanted three words in Seagram each with my best friend getting hers in black and me getting mine in red. We were told it would cost extra for red ink. Fine. After the woman working the front took the stencil print-outs to the artists, she came back and quoted us $200 each. What? We were shocked. I knew the tattoo wouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes and did not understand how my friend was quoted the same as me if "red is extra." Thus, I came to my own conclusion that pricing is completely random and up to the artist. I guess it's a game of luck? That being said, Carlos did a wonderful job on my tattoo and Hannah did a great job on my friend's. Carlos and I had a lot to talk about as we were raised in the same city and he went to my highschool while I was also in attendance. Wild stuff! Still, for what we got, I wouldn't have paid more than $150 + tip for this tattoo. There needs to be a length requirement or some rules and regulations for pricing (I know this is not easy). Just know you're getting very talented artists when you walk-in! Bring your wallet! read more

Late night decisions on 6th street at 1 am are always a great idea, right? My best friend and I have been talking about getting another tattoo together. What better moment than now? We were walking by and saw All Saints and decided to check them out. It was a pretty easy consultation. I was quoted $150 for my tattoo. I showed them what I wanted and they were able to get it sketched really quickly. Austin from Austin did the work for me. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. We were done in 10 minutes. As you can tell, I absolutely LOVE the finished product! It was exactly what I wanted. Thanks for fitting us in at the end of the night! read more

SUUUUUUUUUPER unprofessional. I made an appointment a month in advance with Jenna. I call to make sure the appointment is confirmed they say she isn't at the shop yet. I show up she's still not there. He calls her, she forgot about the appointment. He offers other people in the shop to do it. I say we discussed a price range he says "these guys will probably be more expensive." I show a pic of the design he says "oh ya we need to make an appt for that." Lol ok. Then why offer someone to do it in the first place? Stupid. Handled horribly and like who forgets about a tattoo appt after saying it's scheduled? Soooooo unprofessional and disappointing. read more

I got a tattoo from D. With an appointment made. She started AN HOUR late. Didn't even have the correct design I wanted. Took a break to "go hit her bong in the back". I was in Austin for SXSW and decided on a bit of a daring whim to get a tattoo. My ex-wife has a couple and I'd never braved it. There are quite a few tattoo shops along 6th Street, but All Saints looked particularly clean and inviting. They did a great job. I was given a friendly greeting when I came in and quoted a reasonable price. No problems with walk-ins and I was in the seat and getting tattooed in no time. Both the gentleman working the door and Gibbs Scott who gave me the tattoo were friendly and personable and more than happy to give me a comfortable and enjoyable experience. For a first time tattoo experience, I couldn't have asked for better! read more

We were in Austin for a short weekend, and debating on what to do on a Saturday afternoon. It was a toss up between some musical festival & getting tattoos to commemorate our trip... Easy to say we chose tattoos. My husband is quite the little artist, and we decided to get "couples" tattoos. Our first one we got were peanut butter & jam. This time my husband drew up a salt & pepper shaker. We checked out tat shops on Yelp and 'All Saints' was at the top of the list, so we popped in to see if they could squeeze us in. We were helped right away, and Jon the owner got a good laugh at my husband's drawing and said he would help us out next. My husband and I had a great time getting tatted, and Jon was very nice and we were chatting it up pretty much the whole time. We were very happy with the finished products. All Saints is located off of 6th Street which is like Party Central for Austin, so I am sure they have to deal with their fair share of drunks and idiots (There were some in there while we were). So don't come in drunk, and have somewhat of an idea of what you want, and just don't be a jerk... No one likes a jerk! read more

Definitely passive aggressive and rude in my opinion. I came in for a small tattoo to fill in my sleeve. The woman working there quoted me $120 for a UFO tattoo that was already drawn. Then I mention color and it's $200. When I came in they were eating tacos, cool I get that we have to eat at work. But it was really feeling like no one wanted to work. I end up agreeing to the $200 tattoo (which is crazy because I literally have one below it that was half the price somewhere else) but, whatever. I don't argue with artists about their work. I had to go to my car to get my wallet, making sure to show the receptionist I had taken out the money, just to be met with what was later described as jokes (which I didn't think was appropriate, seeing there already was an air of attitude). Before the tattoo starts, I ask about colors (which I had already discussed with the lady I gave the money to), hence the $200 to be told it'd be an extra $50. I kinda feel like I shouldn't have gotten it because the artist didn't even tell me his name. The tattoo took all of about 20 min, but I won't be back. I don't go anywhere I don't feel like my service is valued and unfortunately I have that experience a lot around Austin. It was fine for something quick, but nothing important or sentimental. read more
