We worked with John R in sales and found him to be very good at communicating with us as well as negotiating a fair price to match the price of an out of state dealer. We knew we wanted to stay close to home because something is certain to go wrong and we know that you get priority service if you need repairs when you buy local. We scheduled a pick up date and they had the trailer ready, and even helped us choose and set up our new hitch and gave us some advice on towing. Gabe and his guys in service have also been great. We have had to take it in twice and they got us in and back out quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the floor was impossibly dirty when we picked it up. I have mopped it at least 20 times at the time of this writing and we may finally have it all clean. (The trailer was on the back lot and no doubt had a lot of dirty and greasy shoes walking in an out while it was out for sale).

I've had a couple of questions over time, and they've been quick to respond. It did take longer than 45 days to get my tag and registration, but not their fault. I called about it since it had expired and they sent me an extended temporary. I got the real tag two days later. Love this place and love my scooter.

It was going through tires like crazy.Because golf cart tires are not rated like regular tires. I patched, I plugged, I tried everything, so I put a new back tire on it. Biggest mistake I did on that 1.Because he ordered it. I wanted the new 1 that the fat tires were coming with on the newer versions, but it still hadn't come out yet.So we tried another 1. It was so heavy, it took out the battery. Now, I gotta go to my refrigerator & look at something on how many times I charge this thing. It was 65 & around 60 was the time that the tire changed.. I got stranded twice. It was sucking power, so bad.The machine was shutting off. Had to turn the key back on & off.For it to reset. & then I got more excuses.. This thing has been in my garage now for 2 years. I am donating it 2 goodwill. I was gonna go back & buy a motorcycle from him.But i've decided, since the runaround that I got on 2 other purchases & giving this guy a chance. I have given up. Already bought 1. He technically doesn't live in America. He goes to Rocky point. Every single weekend & then comes back for the week. Probably for legal reasons. I have given this guy every single chance in the world to fix this.& every time he has pushed it back on me saying, going on the internet & doing this & doing that.When it was his responsibility when he sold it to me. The extended battery, not the new battery.Because I need a extended battery with this back tire. It's over six hundred dollars.. I paid $1,300 for the fat tire. But since how I know they work and you can't leave them charging in the garage in the summertime, too hot for lithium batteries. you can't leave them charging in your house during the summertime. As soon as you get a green light, you gotta unplug it. Because of lithium battery fires, because the battery is rated, not u&l rating, which is not american.This is foreign & they do not do the product testing like they do.In america. I was wondering why people were selling these things.All over the place & they're all over the internet. This is the reason why if you leave it plugged in, the power goes off & then it comes back on, you're risking of a battery fire inside your house.Because they did not do this test at c.E. So buyer beware. & if he writes any comments whatsoever, I don't want to hear it, either. Buy it back or live with this comment.Because what you're selling to the public is garbage. The battery was supposed to go to 2000 cycles. It only went 65. But of course, it was out of warranty by that time. I never registered it. I still have the point of origin paperwork, and when I take it to goodwill, i'm gonna give them everything & say, good luck & tell them exactly what happened. Why am I so pissed off.. Three months buying a custom, one of a kind car, I had left the office late and on my way home. I…read morewas on one of AZ's wonderful highways and had hit some construction debris. My vehicle is low to the ground and it literally ripped the bottom sides up, also damaging my hood, front bumper and splitter. The insurance company recommended quite a few body shops and thought I'd choose the best rated of them all. The next morning I arrive to hand over my keys and have a rental car agency ready to pick me up. Within 10 minutes the owner pulls me aside to inform me they can't do specialty cars, so back to square one. After spending hours calling dozens of shops, they all give me the same response, and basically saying they'll do your basic vehicle with only OEM parts, leaving me frustrated. A friend told me about Stratton Motor Cars and now thankful none of the others could. I arrived much earlier than my appointment, entered the front office where at first no one was around and rang the bell for service. The door to the shop opened, and I was first greeted by a nice gent who then informed the owner I was there. I then saw a few more employees who most likely just returned from lunch, and they all took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me! Think about this; friendly people at a body shop? Front office was immaculate, organized and clean? Even the huge shop in back was cleaner than most people's garage? Has anyone ever witnessed such a thing??? After seeing there reviews which are all 5 stars, knowing they work on high-end cars, a clean and organized office, and shockingly, service with a smile at a body shop! To conclude, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it! They replaced everything, painted it, and re-wrapped it with precision! After finding out they also do routine maintenance, they've earned the right to my business and no one else will ever touch my car! I recently purchased my kid an '11 Mustang and the leather panels on…read morethe inside of the doors had come off (I've discovered this is a typical problem with Mustangs). The dealership agreed to repair them as part of the purchase, unfortunately they didn't have an upholstery service to actually perform the work so they had a trim guy do his best... and that best was the worst. They essentially tried to scrape the underlining foam and then glued the same material back over top. There was glue left all around the trim of the panel and the texture of the panel itself was an eye sore, extremely lumpy and hard looking because of the adhesive used. The work was almost embarrassing for others to see and it was really putting a damper on the excitement of our car purchase. I took the car by a couple of upholstery places to get quotes and Kenny offered the best rate plus my son was smitten on the idea of having the Mustang emblem embroidered into the panel. It took about a week from paying the deposit to get the panels back from the embroidery shop and to get our car scheduled for the work. We just picked up the car from Top Notch and the difference in quality is like night and day. Top Notch completely elevated the look of the interior. In all it cost me just under $480 for both doors to be redone, about $200-300 less than most other shops quoted me. They do charge a 3.5% card fee for payment so try to stick to cash or check if possible, but I'll be singing their praises for a while! Highly recommended!
