I have two additional vehicles for repair, one covered by Insurance for "accident" damage = about $1900; final vehicle, a low-mileage 2001 Chev Silverado 1500: proposal = $4500! They provide lunch every day, a break room with fridge, microwave, etc. The pay is fair and there are opportunities for advancement including positions that pay commissions to supplement hourly pay, in addition to daily tips for all employees. They work with employees around scheduling issues and are flexible about allowing employees to switch shifts with each other at their leisure. It's a shame that none of that is visible to William H from the outside looking in.
