Longtime customer here--disappointed by All Pro Security's recent handling of a serious safety concern. Their rep insisted on a 3-year contract at the last minute, even after I explained I was planning to move. He became passive-aggressive when I declined. More troubling: their monitoring system failed during a false alarm, and I had to call them directly to stop the dispatch. Poor service and worse support when it matters most. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable home security. read more

Had these guys install a camera system at my home a year ago and I recently had a problem with the cameras. I spoke with Jonathan about it and 2 weeks later they were replacing all of the cameras. Being a businessman myself, I very much appreciate the fact that they without question replaced the defective cameras.
