For February 2021 they sent out their invoice late on 8 Feb 2021 saying payment past due 1 Feb 2021 and added a $10 delinquent fee. I called their office during normal business hours to discuss this matter. No one answered the telephone. In essence they are billing me a $10 delinquency fee because they did not get their invoice to me on time for the February 2021 payment. So the question is, " Is this an honest mistake on their part, or is it part of an effort to increase their bottom line for what maybe a lean month? ". A few years ago we decided to buy some ties here for my son's Eagle Scout project, as their prices were considerably cheaper than other places. My wife went with another Scout's dad to pick up the ties, as he had a pickup and volunteered to haul them. When they arrived, the staff there was QUITE rude to my wife (good thing I was not there). Seems she had not called quite far enough ahead to suit them. (The purchase and time had been arranged a couple of days before, but they wanted her to call an hour before arriving. She had arrived at the agreed on time, but her call was less than an hour prior.) Once we got the ties, I was very disappointed in the quality. There is a standard grading system for railroad ties, and these were easily one or two grades LESS than stated. No wonder they were so cheap! We did not have time or budget to make a change at that point, and of course we already had the ties so I doubt we'd have gotten a refund anyway, so we went ahead and used them. Good thing I had ordered more than needed, because two were unusable. So, bad attitude, and very poor product, bordering on deceptive advertising

Aghast, irate, and scammed. Nice place, promotional offers…read moreare scams. Between extra fees & abrupt rent increases, their costs are hidden and deceitful until it's too late. Wonderful, simple, clean storage facility. HOWEVER they're rents are higher than norm, so they often attract customers via "exclusive" or "online rental" offers that are much lower for the first year that turn out to be crooked. It's expensive to set up (around $200+ for a "$56" unit as first month payment), but I thought it would be worth it soon enough. Then once you've had enough time to move everything in, they send a notice that the promotional period is over (3-4mths), your rent is no longer fixed but determined on a month to month basis, and you now owe rent higher than even the standard rate. So now at the start of month 4, I've paid in app. $500 for 3mths of a $56 unit, and am being told my rent is going from 56 to 130 for a 5x10, after only 3mths.
