Absolutely the best you can get for towing your bike or bikes. I got my two katanas towed soon after I contacted Jesse and he was very fair in price. I shopped around and couldn't find anyone else that could come close to matching the price. I would use this company again without reservation and would recommend them to anyone in need of motorcycle transport. read more

My bike has been at the shop for about a year, sadly it was out of service due to a maintenance that was more of a scam. Unfortunately this cost us our bike and engine altogether; I had called so many tows and none wanted to go the distance to help me, until I came across All Points Motorcycle Towing! Jesse answered immediately and offered his assistance on the spot for the following week. I gave him the pick-up and drop-off location and he confirmed everything for me right away! The pick up and drop off was very smooth and Jesse was very kind, assuring, and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. He's professional and very quick and handy! After a full year of not being able to get any assistance from any other companies, All Points Motorcycle Towing and Jesse really saved the day and my bike. Everything arrived safe and sound, thank you again Jesse and to the company for amazing and trustworthy service! Will be highly recommending to any fellow riders in need of help! read more

Jesse is the man! I've used All Points Towing a few times to get my bikes to the shop or to a new location. Jesse is a really cool down to earth guy. Takes good care of the bikes and stays in contact with you up until he shows up. I had a last minute request to move a bike, called Jesse and he was able to fit me in the following day at 1pm. the day of my appointment he gave me a call and let me know he was running ahead of schedule and let me know he can help me out 2 hours earlier. He pulled up at 11am on the dot and had the bike on the truck within minutes. Jesse was respectful to my neighbors and very professional. Jesse is the real f'ing deal! The Harbor Area/South Bay is lucky to have such a good motorcycle tow truck guy. He is super professional and the nicest guy. He recovered my broken down bike from LA Harbor and brought it back to my house. Great communication before and during the recovery. His rate is more than fair for the level of service he provides. And he's a devil dog! OORAH! read more

This is a great motorcycle towing company. They have a very high-end, professional towing system. In fact, it is very interesting to watch. The whole bed of the truck is hydraulic and it comes out and lays down on the street where you can then easily push your motorcycle into place. The owner, Jesse is a very nice gentleman who is a motorcycle enthusiast himself. He truly came to the rescue when I recently needed him. My motorcycle had broken down and I called him. He already had a motorcycle loaded onto his truck and ready to take for a long-haul delivery. But, he kindly contacted the person and ask them if he could come and take care of me first. The man agreed and Jesse was on his way. Approximately 10 minutes later he was there. My motorcycle was loaded and was taken to the shop. He didn't have to go to all the trouble but he did. I think this is the ultimate description of this business. Overall, great and easy person to deal with. Plus, you can be assured that your motorcycle will be safe during transport. read more

Well to start off... I wish there were more stars to give!!! Jesse is one of those guys that you just meet and automatically feel as if you knew him for a lifetime!!! Jesse has helped me numerous times and all I can say is he goes above and beyond the scope of work he offers! I recently broke down in Laughlin and I give him a call at 11pm to ask if he would even think about picking me up. I never finished the sentence because he asked for the address and what time was good for me! To come from Lomita Ca and get me in Laughlin?! Wow!!! That's all I feel I need to say! Jesse you are the best and although I'd rather have bikes working... it's always a pleasure to know that you are always ready and willing to help!!! Personable/Professional/Prompt!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart brother!!! read more

Jesse was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I spoke to several other tow companies but All Points was the only one I felt comfortable with. My bike was in an underground garage and it took him a bit to make it work but he did it. Had another company quote over double the price because he was going to need "special equipment". Jesse did it with smart knowledgeable experience. His price was extremely fair and is a super nice guy! I highly recommend his services if you need you bike transported. I'm skeptical of businesses with all 5-star reviews, but this is the real deal. They're prompt and reliable, arriving when they say they will with good communication, and really took care of my Vespa while in transit. Have used them twice now and will happily use them again! Also, really fair pricing to boot. read more

If I could, I would give Jesse six stars. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. He was on time, and his rates are above fair for the high quality service he provides. Jesse transported my trade-in bike to a dealer 67 miles away, and picked up my brand new bike. He was extremely careful loading and unloading both bikes, and he even reminded me not to forget my key for the trade-in bike! If you have a nice motorcycle that you care about, call Jesse. I've already shared his contact info with my friends who have motorcycles. read more

1: Very prompt - showed slightly early. 2: Efficient - bike was loaded and strapped down in fewer than 5 minutes. Unloading took fewer than 5 minutes as well. 3: Professional demeanor and were very polite. 4: Willing to reschedule when I had a conflict arise. 5: Equipment was all maintained and I did not worry about the security of my motorcycle during transport. I made a mistake and sent Jesse to the wrong address (luckily close by). He was very professional when we realized my mistake. Would recommend their service to anyone who needs their motorcycle towed. read more

These guys have towing and customer service /down/. I've had my bike towed by other companies in LA and no one compares. Very reasonable prices too. We towed my bobber, took it to the shop and grabbed a bite to eat after. How f*cking cool is that? read more

Riding to work one morning my drive belt on my Vino snapped. I was stranded on Sepulveda and had no idea what to do with my scooter. I found Jesse / All Points here on yelp and with all the positive reviews called him. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was happy to take me to Del Amo motorsports but also recommended Sikk Scooters. When Del Amo wouldn't even LOOK at my bike he had no problem driving me over to Sikk and dropping my bike there. He knew what a crap morning I was having and that I had no way to get to work after that (I live in HOLLYWOOD, nowhere near the southbay) so he offered to drop me off at work on his way back. For a grand total of $65! The whole experience was really great, the best tow I've had in all my years of driving. He was super polite, friendly and professional. I'll recommend him to all my friends and anyone needing a bike towed. read more

This was by far the most refreshing , my boyfriend's motorcycle battery died in Ranchos Palos Verdes i came to give him a jump and no go, battery done... i called another tow place and they wanted to haggle me for 250 bucks... I found All Point (jessie) on yelp Thank God. He was AWESOME by far the most genuine, helpful business owner I've ever met. Not only did he goes all the way back to Lakewood for a hundred bucks he was full of suggestions going forward for my boyfriend's motorcycle. Jesse was awesome. Service was professional, timely, and super easy to set up. I had my bike stolen out of my garage and when it was found it was no longer running. All-Points rigs are first-class, they're available whenever I need a tow, and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my custom bikes. I would never use a greasy AAA flatbed for my Harley or my 10R sportbike. read more

Got a flat tire on the way home; I'm new to the south bay area, so had no idea who to call. Went on my phone and found Jesse. He was very sweet over the phone. He arrived 15 minutes after I called, very polite and professional. Gave me two options: try to put some air in and see what happens or get towed for $65. I was already happy by someone showing up that quick, so it didn't really matter at this point. We opted for otion number one (Jesse told me I could take the chance and save some money) and I made it home safely. If I ever have another problem, I would call him again and recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you again Jesse for everything! read more

As most of you know I do not give 5 star ratings hardly ever. But in this case these guys deserve every one of them. I live in San Diego and picked up a bolt in my front tire on my bike on a Wednesday at 1630. I called a few bike shops and finally found one that said they could fix it that day and get me home [look for my review of Del Amo Motorsports on Yelp as well]. The guys over at Del Amo recommended All Points motorcycle towing. Let me tell you that it was a recommendation that was worth it's weight in gold. I spoke with the tow truck operator and he told me that he could be at my location in 15 minutes, apparently the number went straight to his cell phone, no secretary to deal with. Needless to say he didn't show up in 15 minutes, it was more like 6 minutes. They have a professional rig for moving bikes. I have honestly never seen a flatbed set up like it in my life. I was so much more comfortable with these guys than the flat beds that are sent out from my insurance company. I do have free towing from my insurance carrier and instead I was willing to pay the $85 for these guys to tow my bike to the shop. And I tell you it was worth every penny. If I ever need a tow again I will call these guys, they have a truck in San Diego as well and I am so relieved to know that, because although I have FREE towing with my insurance company I will GLADLY PAY for these guys to tow my bike because of how careful they are, as well as professional and they have a rig specifically for bikes because that's all they do. read more
