Requested service on a drain trunk for my washing machine in a rental house. The tech came out and…read morelooked at the issue and immediately address that the 1978 plumbing isn't new. He was right, the plumbing is old. He did a quick check on flow and he says the flow is fine and did not need snaked. I had stated to him that Snaking it has fixed it in the past and that normally fixes it for a period of time. he gave me an estimate on snaking the pipe that wasn't that bad. He also suggested that the wall box for the washer needed to be raised. I said that seems like an easy fix and then all went to hell, he started accusing me of arguing with him and then said if I was so smart and wanted to do everything myself there was no reason for him to be there. I had no want to do it myself since this is the reason I called him as this is a rental property that I have been working on for a few days. then he basically went to full yelling . Even going to the point of asking me if I was threatening him. Also said I cannot be from Tennessee because of how I was acting. This tech has a very weird and slight anger trigger that is not good for customers and he had a young boy with him that should never been exposed to this kind of none sense. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and can get some control, as a customer I was very disturbed by his action because a customer should be able to ask a question without verbal assault.

I bought softener from Pure southern water the sales person was great . I tried reach them 3 times…read moreabout the salt where they buy it I ask my original sales person came to house just to check on the unit if was doing the job I ask where do you get the salt from a place somewhere around tenn . He told me he would get back to me in a day never did . I call back to the sales person again left v/m no call back. So I called up the main office she told me I will have someone will call you back so they did I ask the same thing he told me they buy in builk I said ok that's what I was looking for . I ask if you all can sell me the salt he said I would get back to you . Well you guess no call back. Final word . They do a great job of selling but service/ install they had to come back another time I ask if they could put the right size of pipe installation they came back few weeks later to put the correct one on the pipe. I'm still waiting for the call back.

We then needed our kitchen sink and faucet replaced and they came out within a couple days of requesting an appt. We have used David both times and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He is personable as well as let us know issues that could arise with install and when to call them again. He cleaned up after himself and took all of the garbage with him which was a plus in my book! All around, I will only use Champion Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

The new faucet was provided by me. The job took less than two hours [1hr. 45min]. The other parts used was less than $50.00 in value and the total bill was $708.20. So, it looks like they charge double for parts and approximately $300.00/hr for the single worker.
