I want to start by acknowledging something positive. The staff at All Pets Animal Hospital were genuinely kind and friendly toward my dog during the appointment. It is obvious that the people working there care about animals, and I appreciated the way they handled her once we were finally seen. However, the experience leading up to the appointment was frustrating and frankly unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and then sat in the waiting room for roughly 40 minutes before being called in. During that entire time, no one acknowledged the delay. There was no update, no explanation, and no simple "sorry for the wait" from the front desk. When I was eventually called back, the vet tech also made no mention of the delay. The whole interaction carried on as if everything were perfectly on schedule. What makes this especially frustrating is that earlier the same day I received a text message from the clinic reminding me that if I were late or missed my appointment I would be charged a $50 fee. That kind of policy suggests the clinic values punctuality and accountability from its clients. Unfortunately, that same standard clearly does not appear to apply in the other direction. When the clinic runs 40 minutes late, the expectation seems to be that the customer simply sits quietly and absorbs the delay. Delays happen in veterinary medicine and most reasonable people understand that. Emergencies come up. Appointments run long. That is not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication or basic courtesy about it. A quick acknowledgment, an apology, or even a simple update would have gone a long way toward showing respect for the time of the people sitting in the waiting room. Compounding the problem was the attitude from the doctor, which made it clear that this level of delay was treated as normal and not worth acknowledging. If that is how the clinic chooses to operate, that is their decision. But it is not a standard of professionalism I am willing to accept. I let them know before leaving that I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to All Pets Animal Hospital. The staff were kind to my dog, and I appreciate that, but respect for a client's time and basic accountability matter as well. read more

Just had a difficult experience with the front desk staff felt very uncomfortable and judge by one of the associates I believe it was Darla. She was being very rude talking under her breath about my payment situation. I appreciate The head Vet but it felt quite discriminatory by the front desk staff. read more

Staff and Dr. Very helpful and timely. Strongly recommend them. They took great care of our four legged family member.

We have been with all pets for 24 years. Would never change. Have had to call them after hours they were great!

This used to be a wonderful practice, and we took our pets there for almost 20 years, but recently when our dog got sick, they told me that they couldn't see him for more than a week. They were rude, dismissive, and left us with only one option: hospitalize the dog and subject him to a number of tests. Their only other suggestion was to drive to a town that is nearly 100 miles away - in each direction - for emergency care. Don't take your animals there; I thought that an established relationship would mean something, but I was obviously wrong. read more

The best animal hospital in Clovis! Their vets are always so compassionate and knowledgeable and they have always been so accommodating with our needs. I honestly can't say enough good things snit them. read more

Dr. Patrick Reagan of All Pets Animal Hospital in Clovis, New Mexico, is a Miracle Worker! A couple of weeks ago I got up one morning and couldn't figure out why our 8-year-old Cattle Dog, Lady, didn't jump up and beg to be let out like she normally does. I investigated and discovered that she was unable to move her back legs. Terrible, sad, scary... all sorts of fears of what the problem could be ran through my mind. My husband and I carried her out to the truck - she weighs over 70 pounds. We got her to the vet's and after Dr. Reagan examined her, he said that she had lost 100% of her back legs - meaning there were no reflexes and no deep pain response - plus she had lost 10% of the reflexes in her front legs. She also had lost control of her bowels and bladder. All of her blood tests and x-rays were normal, with the exception that he found signs of stress, which would be a normal response in an intelligent active dog who didn't know why she could not feel or use the back half of her body. But young Dr. Reagan had a "hunch." He wanted to give her a steroid injection and keep her overnight so he could observe how her body responded. We didn't want to leave her, she's a rescue with abandonment issues, but he persuaded us that it was the best thing for Lady. I couldn't sleep that night, I kept praying and reliving our last walk together, which we had done the evening before she woke up paralyzed. Lady and I typically walk at least a mile every day, weather permitting. During our last walk there had been no sign of lameness. I cried, thinking that might have been our very last walk. By 6 a.m. the next morning, Dr. Reagan found her standing and wagging her tail. Over the next several days, Lady's mobility and reflexes slowly returned. Today, our girl is running and playing like a puppy again! We love our fur-baby so much. We are very grateful to have her still with us and still functioning. Every day I pray that she will be with us, healthy and happy, for a long time to come. But we never know, do we, when it is our "last walk." I try to make every day and every walk special, for that reason. I told Dr. Reagan that I wish we could adopt him! Merry Christmas to everyone ~ and a Happy New Year! Lynda read more

The staff here are wonderful, but Dr. Hudson does not invest time in his patients. However, he will happily upcharge all of his services! Beware of this practice if you have an animal with anxiety issues. We adopted our pup from the shelter last year, and around 6 months of age, she began to exhibit extreme stranger anxiety. Beyond neglecting to schedule follow-up calls as well as neglecting to return calls, Dr. Hudson has written off my dog without directly saying so. Due to her anxiety, she attempts to scare off strangers. Dr. Hudson showed extreme fear of her, and proceeded to refer to her as a "ticking time bomb". When I asked him to try to give us a few minutes to acclimate, he responded "I have other patients." Also, rather than display any indication that he thought my pup was worth his time of day, he stated "oh, she's just going to be like that" while simultaneously stating that he was "afraid" of my dog--WITH A MUZZLE ON! What kind of vet doesn't advocate behavioral therapy and medication when warranted in extreme cases?! Further, it's just ridiculous to not only be afraid of patients, but also to then remark upon it to their families! Allow me to mention that my dog isn't even that big--40 lbs, and her aggression is due to deafness and extreme fear. Beyond this, he did prescribe an anti-anxiety medication, but did not take the time to discuss it thoroughly with me and, as mentioned before, will not follow up with me. Count me as an extremely frustrated family member of his patient, whom he refuses to help. I will have to attempt to re-condition my dog alone, with only the benefit of behavioral therapy. (That'd be my normal inclination, anyhow, but her case is so extreme that medication is warranted.) read more

Dr. Reagan was amazing when we had to put my moms dog down. She was out of town and they allowed us to pay the bill after she got home. It was a very difficult time and the staff was amazing. When it's that time for your friends to pass the rainbow bridge it's the type of empathy you need. My pups enjoy coming and are always treated with pets and kisses! read more

Great vet services! We've gone to this vet for 8 years! We've seen all of the vets in the clinic and they've loved on all of our four cats and two dogs. Our favorite vet is Dr. Reagan! When we had to put our oldest dog to sleep, Dr. Reagan was so gentle and kind to all the family members in the room. Taking any animal to the vet is expensive, but there have been times where we've gone in several times to figure out what's the best medicine for our sick cat and haven't been charged because we already put so much money into the care of our animal. We are very thankful for the staff and doctors at All Pets! read more

Slowest service I have ever had. I sat in a waiting room for an hour for my dog to get 2 shots. Scheduled the appointment a week ago. Never coming here again. read more

We have used All Pets for many services related to the care of our dogs. They are very flexible, considerate, and understanding of our numerous and evolving needs regarding our furry family members. They were especially helpful when we had to put our old dog down and for helping us with our new rescue, even as he, ummm, left a trail of his poo all over their reception room!! Thank you All Pets :-). read more

i usually take my dog to clovis v et hospital but when i called and they advised they were booked for the next month and did not offer anything else for me, i took my business elsewhere to ALL Pets. I found out my dog was pregnant and needed to get her fixed, the receptionist fit me in within a few days and the vet was awesome and explained the whole procedure thoroughly and gave me a quote for the surgery. I was not advised that the at home shots i gave her would not be accepted and they would have to give her all new shots and i ended up paying an extra $30 in shots the morning of her surgery. the morning receptionist was a little rude about it as well. Overall, i liked the place. i may go back with my cat. read more

The is the best veterinarian office in Clovis. The doctors are wonderful, and personable, the techs are some of the nicest people I've ever met and the front desk ladies are wonderful. Prices are fair and they work so hard to do what is best for the animal and the animal family. read more

I have used this vet clinic since arriving in Clovis 3 years ago and I would never go anywhere else. They have taken care of my dogs very well and have gone above and beyond to get my male dog in quickly during emergencies. Dr. Bean is our favorite and Dr. Hudson is great too, although we don't see him as often. My male dog is fearful at the vet and he absolutely loves Dr. Bean, which is very reassuring! Keep up the great job All Pets! read more

2 of my 7/shih tzu pups started acting moppey wouldn't eat throwing up, second day still the same called and got them an appointment ..impressive same day appointment, the only thing impressive about it. First thing out of the doctors mouth sounds like parvo. Let's do tests on one of them because if it's a positive parvo on one then the other is too... Few minutes later yep Parvo. So she gave them something to keep them from vomiting antibiotics and fluids with instructions to start pushing fluids in the am with meds blah blah blah and they may not make it, and your other 5 will probably get it to, bring them in first signs of getting sick, and gave me a $500 bill all of which had to be paid THEN. Imagine my surprise waking up the next morning to see those same two pups that were on their death beds not 24 hours later. eating and drinking and running and playing. Miracle? Hmmmm think NOT. I got took. Should have asked to see that "positive parvo" test maybe even watched them do it. Thank you for taking advantage of my love for my babies, had I not have been terrified my babies was gonna pass away and in my right mind I would have taken the time to ask more questions. Be very careful using this vet. Unless of course you have alot of money you can give to them. read more

Terrible service. I had just gotten a dog and it got sick the next day. I was told it was because we neglected to get his shots but how could we do so if we had just got him the day prior. I was then told that I would be charged 1000 dollars to even see the dog for parvo. Absolutely ridiculous price. These people do not care for animals and only care about money. Afterwards I called the muleshoe tx vet and immediately got in and got the dog treated for more than half of what they were going to charge. (400) I will never be going back to this bet for any care as the literally do not care. read more

All the doctors are very wonderful. They always give me great advice and treat my dogs with wonderful care. The receptionist on the other hand is rude, dismissive and seems to be put out with anyone that comes into the clinic. She is not helpful in anyway and seems to be more and more unpleasant each and every time I come. I consider going to a new vet every time I go. Ultimately the doctors save my experience. read more

Dr. Reagan is the best. He takes great care of all my animals. He doesn't rush you and he explains everything to you. I wouldn't want to go or see anyone else. read more

I take both of my dogs to this veterinary clinic. Coming from South Florida, their prices are reasonable. I prefer Dr. Reagan and the female vet there, I forgot her name but she was great. The older vet, my big dog is not a fan of. Although my big dog, a rescue, has some stranger anxiety when not around my other dog, she was really bad the last time I took her. This vet had the nerve to ask me "does she bite?" What in the world kind of question is that? In my humble opinion.... anything with teeth bites. Any vet should approach a patient as such. And then he asked me if I heard her murmur as his hearing isn't that good. Um, what? My dog has been worked up by cardio and yes, she has a murmur. And yes it can be heard. So how many other things is he missing? I do recommend taking your pet here but only to the younger vets that work their. read more
