Huzzah! 1) Made an…read moreappointment quickly. 2) Showed up a a few minutes early. 3) Fixed what ailed my dryer without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary, explained everything, including how to avoid calling them again for this issue, and didn't charge much. 4) Fixed a freezer that I randomly asked his advice about, after explaining how I could fix it myself (I opted not to, due to the inconvenience of leaving it unplugged for 24 hours), and did it without charging the extra fee for the service call. 5) Was very friendly and hyper competent. In short, I never expected to bee this excited about an appliance repair place, but these guys were great. Will definitely be calling them again (hopefully not soon!) the next time something breaks.

In a high rise if you want access to a unit you're supposed go through the front desk, who can call the resident. My extended warranty expired April 1, 2026. Within the first year, I already needed a repair. Then, just 68 days before the warranty expired, a technician came out and replaced the wash motor and control board--basically the entire guts of the machine. Now, only 88 days after that repair, the exact same issue is happening again. Keep in mind, I don't even use this dishwasher heavily--maybe twice a week. Despite that, I'm now being told I have to pay another $169 service call plus labor, as if this is a completely new issue. So let's be clear: Major components replaced Repair didn't even last 3 months Lost two days of work waiting for service Now expected to pay all over again At this point, it feels like they do just enough to get past the warranty window so they can charge you again. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone against using TOTAL APPLIANCE REPAIR in Broadview Heights, OH.
