It's just a hollow front page where you can't click on any link. I had to make a phone appointment They took my name, phone number and email to confirm the appointment. I was told I would get a 20% discount coupon in my email. Never came. I called prior to my appointment and was told they had everything on file and would give me the coupon at the register. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have the reservation, after it was confirmed. I was turned away. They couldn't accommodate my dogs. They asked if I would like to re-book. I spent an hour in the car traveling there and back. I don't how good the groomers are, but if this is how they run their business, I would stay away. CJ from Manhasset

She lays down then upon trying to get up she struggles. So I called Lisa and explained the situation to her so when I drop off my dog they know what to expect. Got to say Lisa has such a great staff. When I arrived there was no issue one of the groomers came right and picked up my dog very carefully and brought her in to get prepped for grooming. Honestly I did not know what to expect with regards to how she was during the time she was being groomed. Apparently she did really good, no squirming, no wincing or crying in discomfort. It pays to always communicate any problems concerns or issues before you drop your dog off this way everyone is on the same page. Great job Le Beastro!

I am not just saying this (I promise) From the second I walked, starting with the cleanness smells amazing in there, visibility to the rooms where they groom and the amazing customer service! This was my first time dropping off my little one. Charlene took the time to listen to our needs and also made me feel SO AT HOME! by the time I had to leave her behind, I was not once hesitant that my little puppy was in great hands! Later I received a text from the owner, Karen. Man is she cool! she thanked me personally for trusting her with my little one. Visited this store for the first (and last) time on 2/18/13 with my husband. We were appalled at…read morethe level of neglect some of the birds were suffering from. There was one cage in particular that had Gouldian finches, a few zebra finches, and a canary with a severely overgrown scissor beak (crosses like an x). This can affect the canary's ability to be able to eat. Hello!?! This bird needs a trim desperately. The gouldians were in the worst shape I have ever seen - their feathers are thinning out, they all looked sickly and puffed up. Food dish (which seemed to be the ONLY perch available to them) was full of dirty, old hulls. No fresh food available in a store that has bird seed lining the shelves. There was also a macaw that looked terrible - he was in a cage on the bottom shelf, laying on his back, only his beak grasping the cage bars, his eyes closed. When I spoke to him, he opened his eyes. Seems like a bird that size should have room to move around freely and/or be out in the open. My husband said he saw moths near the bird seed - I didn't notice as I was so upset about the birds. Honestly, I wanted to just demand these birds are coming with me for some care! The gouldians especially seemed to be suffering from malnutrition. A very sad site. Do yourself a favor and read ALL the reviews - there is one more that is filtered that claims a dead bunny was found in this shop in 2011. I am a breeder myself and have more finches in my home than this entire shop probably had. I find the time to care for (properly) these birds everyday by myself, and this is with a full time job. How the two people sitting at the register who's full time job it is to man this store can't find the time to properly care for the birds is beyond me. Disgusting. Gave one star because zero was not an option.
