There is regular and wheelchair accessible parking in front, but a larger parking lot is between Central BBQ and the gate before entering Avon Acres. We also had food. It was catered, but there was an area she had for creating beverages, so I imagine there's an area in the back for food preparation. To be honest, I am not sure of the cost, but I'd definitely consider this venue if you're planning for a very large crowd.

There's also lights mounted in different places but I'm not sure how those are controlled as we had to manually turn two of them off during the main dances in order to make sure they didn't blind people. The only real downside is that the restrooms are one stall per gender but they're out of the way and were fully stocked with toilet paper and soap so even that wasn't too bad.

Their house by the glass is only $4 and well liquor is $3. Tower Center, I think we're going to get along just fine (especially since my office is literally next door). But what really impressed me (besides that view), was the food! I am super picky about my cheese plates and not only was it pretty to look at, but it was yummy to eat (kinda important). And the chicken wings? Yes, please! They were so cute and tiny and delicious! I've actually never seen pretty chicken wings but somehow they managed to do it (no seriously, check out my photo). It's super charming and makes you feel like you're at home. The decor gives the venue a rustic and charming feel. The layout is also extremely agreeable in that there are no bottleneck areas and I can't wait to attend more events here! The only room for growth is parking. Vehicles are parked on area streets, but valet is the best remedy to that situation!

Ducks casually living their best lives, koi fish gliding through the water like they pay property taxes there, birds chirping, flowers everywhere, waterfalls and water features--it's like stress gets checked at the front gate with your $12 admission fee. And let's not overlook the fact that there were food trucks... and one of them was selling cocktails. Suddenly being outside didn't seem so unreasonable anymore. What surprised me most was how peaceful the entire experience felt. It genuinely pulls you away from the noise of everyday life and drops you into this quiet little zen mode you didn't know you needed. Also, if you're planning a wedding or outdoor event, this place is loaded with gorgeous spots that look like they came straight out of a magazine.
