I like the fact that it's smoke-free -- double bonus, so you can actually taste the food that you're paying an arm and a leg for. I kid. Not sure of the food cost, but I am sure that you can bring your alcohol and you'll just need to pay the corking/pouring fees. The ballroom can accommodate up to 350 people for your big party.

I was very pleased with how smoothly both events went and how good the food was. They do their own catering, and the prices are very reasonable compared to many other similar places. The location is convenient - right off of I-40, just down from Bellevue Baptist Church. The building is lovely and very large. The main room can be subdivided for small events, however.

My daughter and I recently attended the GenerosiTEA here, a charity event benefiting LeBonheur. The space was, well, spacious, with a second floor full of brides rooms, dressing rooms, etc. I have also been here recently in one of the smaller spaces (I think it was the Magnolia?) for a wedding, which had a low-ceiling feel, but lent itself to an intimate group of around 120. Woodland HIlls loses two full stars for the parking situation. The driveways and parking are so out-of-whack that cars had to park *too* close together, and there was not room for two cars to pass each other in the lanes. Crumbling driveways, and weed-ridden, desolate parking areas were confusing and unappealing to look at.

The space is in a strip mall which has Cici's Pizza on the opposite end. The food served at the wedding was actually good. I'd suggest some salt and pepper shakers or packets so guests can add as they like because some was bland. The space is nice but be sure you account to the number of guests and tables. There was not much space for a dance floor.

They have a booth for a DJ and a projector with pull-down screen. There's also lights mounted in different places but I'm not sure how those are controlled as we had to manually turn two of them off during the main dances in order to make sure they didn't blind people. The only real downside is that the restrooms are one stall per gender but they're out of the way and were fully stocked with toilet paper and soap so even that wasn't too bad.

Holy moly! I've heard rumors for awhile now that they a happy hour and it has been on my short list of things I want to try it. Well, yesterday I had a meeting in the bar area at 4 and decided to ring up a few friends after it was over to fully experience their happy hour. And honey, I'm so glad I did. Their house by the glass is only $4 and well liquor is $3. Tower Center, I think we're going to get along just fine (especially since my office is literally next door). But what really impressed me (besides that view), was the food! I am super picky about my cheese plates and not only was it pretty to look at, but it was yummy to eat (kinda important). And the chicken wings? Yes, please! They were so cute and tiny and delicious! I've actually never seen pretty chicken wings but somehow they managed to do it (no seriously, check out my photo). I also stole some bites of my dining partner's french fries and they were indeed just like I like 'em. And the pizza? Phenomenal! You've got to check out my food porn pics! They also rent out the venue space so take a peek around!

One might think that would constitute 5 stars, but time after time I've been here, the service continues to be subpar. It is not difficult to be pleasant. Try harder.
