The hotel is close to Chick-fil-A, Waffle House, gas stations, and more as everything in Germantown is within a few minutes. We received great service from check in to housekeeping. The manager was accommodating with a group rate and went above and beyond to get to know us and ensure we were comfortable.

This new facility is astounding...a large covered sound stage with incredible state-of-the-art acoustics, beautiful landscaping, hookups for 3 food trucks, plenty of tall shade trees, a beautiful outdoor bar, easy access to indoor restrooms, lots of free parking and seating for up to 1,000 folks with ease. It is adult and kid friendly, last about 30 minutes, and keeps you active and engaged the entire time. Next up were games! The arcade has a great selection of games. The kids enjoyed going from game to game. They are pretty inexpensive. You can play games anywhere from .50 to $2.50. Be careful with the card. Its digital, so you can easily double tap the card without trying and lose money unintentionally. The laser tag was the final activity and we truly enjoyed. It was fun and just the right amount of time. At the end of our visit, we cashed in our tokens at the gift shop. They have pretty cool prizes. This is a great place. Two hours later, he picked us up and took us out and showed us all around Memphis, what it's famous for, all the important historical spots, let us hop out of the car for some photo shoots, then took us all around to spots where famous singers sang at before they became famous. He showed us where Elvis had his first rock and roll concert, where he got his karate lessons, and the salon where Priscilla Presley got her hair done at. He showed us many different districts, local old houses build in the 1800s, and got to show us "shotgun houses" -those long narrow working houses. He drove us past the Lorraine Hotel where Martin Luther King was assassinated at. George is a true Memphis guy. We got to learn so much about Memphis! We probably got way more information out of this trip than we would have if the music history tour bus had picked us up. The best part-- he offered to take us to the airport at 5:20 am! So we got to relax the night before knowing that guaranteed, we had a ride to the airport in the early cold morning. Thanks George! I wish I could put in 20 stars!!!
