The Mid-South Baby and Kids Expo was held here on April 21, 2018 It was located inside the Agricenter Show Place Arena - BONUS: event parking was absolutely, FREE! upon entering there was a registration table was lined with balloons and a brightly displayed card was posted for signing in. The hostess and the registration table took $5 admission fee and you were given a raffle ticket- They also offered name information cards that you turn in for the hourly raffle. Inside a host of baby/kid vendors had booths for any/all information for infants-toddlers. I tried to visit all tables/booths but I may have missed a few there were so many to visit. But from the booths I did get a chance to visit I collects valuable information and some really cool keepsakes. Note: I wish this event was held twice a year. #MidSouthBabyKidsExpo !

    Southern Women's Show

We attended the Southern Women's Show which is a regular event in Memphis and returned to the Agricenter. I was selected as an "Insider" which meant months before the show I was to post and help advertise on social media. They gave 10 tickets to women that have never experienced the Southern Women's Show. We gave them away to the ladies at the Mcfarland Community Center. The show was Friday March 1- Saturday March 2- Sunday March 3. They had a ball and so much fun....Hundreds of booths for networking, socializing, shopping and sampling. Jewelry, make up, pets clothing and Educational presentations, Fashion Shows and demos. So many hand-outs, give aways and prizes. Also a food court for snacking. This was a great event and the Agricenter had plenty of free parking, and was spacious venue. We will return next year. !!!

Wow - what a great local event space in Memphis! I can here with my mum to attend the Southern Women's Show and had a fantastic time! It was initially a bit confusing as was supposed to meet another friend and we were at the opposite entrance doors, however we finally found each other and then proceeded to check out the goodies at the show. The space walks big but honestly the way this show was laid out, 4hours just rushed by! The organizers had also been very smart and converted some of the men's bathrooms to ladies stall temporarily, and that really helped as I didn't ever encounter a line when heading to the ladies' loo. I had a great time at this event space and look forward to going here for other events too - parking especially, was an absolute breeze. Also loved the local school kids display of their artwork. It's a fantastic resource for the community. Yelp Review: 19/2017

    Pig Races!

Agricenter International is also the host venue for the annual Delta Fair & Music Festival (http://www.deltafest.com). To us Yankees, and especially this P.I.G., this festival was quite a treat. It was my first time witnessing a hog race and people riding a mechanical bull. For $1, I also got to witness a 2,000 pound pig! I felt quite small in comparison, piglet small.

Kind of tough when I had just made the reservation two hours earlier. Where was my preferred status now that it was ME needing help with something I couldn't avoid? Naturally, the guy at the hotel, Chris, couldn't have cared less. You would think he would say something along the lines of "Very sorry, there's nothing we can do" but he was terse, rude and just "No, can't help you." Pretty much a jerkoff.

Each day they slightly rotate breakfast items available in the hot bar. The rooms have nice small touches, such as embroidered "firm" or "soft" pillows and black makeup towels. The hotel is set back from the busy road right along Wolf River Greenway, so it's not noisy and you have access to nature. The hotel is close to Chick-fil-A, Waffle House, gas stations, and more as everything in Germantown is within a few minutes. We received great service from check in to housekeeping. The manager was accommodating with a group rate and went above and beyond to get to know us and ensure we were comfortable.

I looked at some of the magazine's photos and thought the concepts looked cool! So some friends and I decided to check the place out. It was just amazing when we walked through those doors. It was an easy process getting everyone checked in, seated, and off to playing golf and games. We started with food! They have a package where you can get pizza, games, golfing, and laser tag for a flat rate if you bring a group in. I ordered pizza and a soda for the kiddos and they enjoyed. I also order nachos and wings separately and both were pretty good. Once we ate we started with golf (you can start in any order, but we chose to start with golfing). It is adult and kid friendly, last about 30 minutes, and keeps you active and engaged the entire time. Next up were games! The arcade has a great selection of games. The kids enjoyed going from game to game. They are pretty inexpensive. You can play games anywhere from .50 to $2.50. Be careful with the card. Its digital, so you can easily double tap the card without trying and lose money unintentionally. The laser tag was the final activity and we truly enjoyed. It was fun and just the right amount of time. At the end of our visit, we cashed in our tokens at the gift shop. They have pretty cool prizes. This is a great place. The staff, pricing, and overall experience is definitely worth the visit!
