I like the fact that it's smoke-free -- double bonus, so you can actually taste the food that you're paying an arm and a leg for. I kid. Not sure of the food cost, but I am sure that you can bring your alcohol and you'll just need to pay the corking/pouring fees. The ballroom can accommodate up to 350 people for your big party.

They have a great amount of space that I would say can hold at least 500-800 people comfortably. This day, I was here for a women's expo and there were over 100 vendors there. They also had learning opportunities and food set up. I didn't feel overcrowded. It was adequate enough for people to walk around, stop at tables, eat, etc. The only thing that can be challenging about this space is parking. As I stated, It holds a good number of people on the inside, but the paeking will become an issue! Overall, it is a nice space.

I do fish there and have caught some nice size bass and I always catch and release. The lake itself is probably overfished as it is right in center of Bartlett and we'll know but you can still manage to have a good catch every now and again. One thing I do love is the fishing rodeo they have each summer for the kids, they stock the lake full of catfish close it for two week and then have a kids fishing competition, great fun for the kids and after it's over it's a free for all. Great place to spend the evening fishing, they also have a track and bench seating located throughout the lake.

The only real downside is that the restrooms are one stall per gender but they're out of the way and were fully stocked with toilet paper and soap so even that wasn't too bad.

I was told that I could come and clean up at 0800 the next morning, that changed, the owner said the night of the event "i would never tell anyone that", I was told I could get dressed at the venue after decorating, since we only had 2 hours from decorate to start time, the dressing room door was locked the whole time we were there. I had to drive 20 minutes back to home to get ready and arrived at my event later than planned, I was told we could use the pool area, so I bought table cloths and decorated the pool area tables, and then, the light was turned off during my event so people would not go outside and would not want to in the dark. I was told the bartender would be included, luckily I had the text that I showed the owner because that was forgotten as well. The bartender was not rude, but was very dry in attitude like he didn't want to be there.... Never met a bartender that didn't have a great personality. Isn't that how you make tips?? Overall, good space, the customer service is lacking.

Their house by the glass is only $4 and well liquor is $3. Tower Center, I think we're going to get along just fine (especially since my office is literally next door). But what really impressed me (besides that view), was the food! I am super picky about my cheese plates and not only was it pretty to look at, but it was yummy to eat (kinda important). And the chicken wings? Yes, please! They were so cute and tiny and delicious! I've actually never seen pretty chicken wings but somehow they managed to do it (no seriously, check out my photo). There is regular and wheelchair accessible parking in front, but a larger parking lot is between Central BBQ and the gate before entering Avon Acres. We also had food. It was catered, but there was an area she had for creating beverages, so I imagine there's an area in the back for food preparation. To be honest, I am not sure of the cost, but I'd definitely consider this venue if you're planning for a very large crowd.

It was my first…read moretime hearing of the venue, and I was pleasantly surprised to find something so modern and beautiful and clean on the strip on Broad Ave. The venue is nice and holds about 100 people comfortably. If they open both front doors they can hold up to 150 standing. This is a great little venue for a micro wedding or a birthday party or anniversary party, or perhaps a small reunion or retirement event. The owners are very sweet, and the manager of the venue was possibly even sweeter. The decor was done by the previous owner of the location when it was a couture dress shop. There are lots of mirrors which make for interesting photographs, and a nice contrast between dark and light in the decor. The space has good flow for a party and plenty of dance space for a DJ! Definitely add this venue to your list of ones to look at.

I would have an event there again in a heartbeat.
