Rented out " Bartlett Banquet Hall at 2758 Bartlett Blvd. Bartlett TN 38134". Good customer service at first, once the money was paid and a problem with the facility the day of the event. All calls and requests were ignored. The event planner called to state how " Filthy" the facility was. It was an event the night before hers, and it was left in a state of " Devastation"! The event planner had to call in ppl to clean before the decorations could be done and still pushing for time. Serverl of calls was made a couple of days afterward, with no answers, no responses! Once the money is paid, there are no good CUSTOMER SERVICES at ALL from them! Finally spoke with the owner , Francis Heinrich , and she stated that she would look into the allegations and get back to her. Needles to say, it's been all most a month now, and crickets. No calls, texts, or nothing! That place is so out DATED, I had my husband birthday party there in 2010, and NOTHING has changed. It was a very large room with all the modern amenities. Bathroom was large with a big shower and a soaking tub. Didn't try the tub but the shower was nice with good water pressure. Breakfast the next morning was really good with plenty to eat. The off street gated parking was nice to have.
