It's super charming and makes you feel like you're at home. The decor gives the venue a rustic and charming feel. The layout is also extremely agreeable in that there are no bottleneck areas and I can't wait to attend more events here! The only room for growth is parking. Vehicles are parked on area streets, but valet is the best remedy to that situation!

There is regular and wheelchair accessible parking in front, but a larger parking lot is between Central BBQ and the gate before entering Avon Acres. We also had food. It was catered, but there was an area she had for creating beverages, so I imagine there's an area in the back for food preparation. To be honest, I am not sure of the cost, but I'd definitely consider this venue if you're planning for a very large crowd.

Rented out " Bartlett Banquet Hall at 2758 Bartlett Blvd. Bartlett TN 38134". Good customer service at first, once the money was paid and a problem with the facility the day of the event. All calls and requests were ignored. The event planner called to state how " Filthy" the facility was. It was an event the night before hers, and it was left in a state of " Devastation"! The event planner had to call in ppl to clean before the decorations could be done and still pushing for time. Serverl of calls was made a couple of days afterward, with no answers, no responses! Once the money is paid, there are no good CUSTOMER SERVICES at ALL from them! Finally spoke with the owner , Francis Heinrich , and she stated that she would look into the allegations and get back to her. Needles to say, it's been all most a month now, and crickets. No calls, texts, or nothing! That place is so out DATED, I had my husband birthday party there in 2010, and NOTHING has changed.
