This is my favorite place to buy gifts and house warming presents. There is always something unique.

This place is huge! I always wondered what was inside as I drive by quite frequently. The floral…read moreand gift shop sits on the corner of 44th and Kipling, and is home to an array of home decor, products, and tchotchkes. Now I'm not their usual target demographic, but I appreciate the family history and their legacy in Wheat Ridge. The original business used to be next door, which now functions as an event space and storage. This store, however, is two floors and filled to the brim. To give perspective on their audience, my mother would absolutely love this place. Having said that, I do appreciate quality florals and bouquets. Heck, I even have a gardenia tattooed on my forearm! Well, my wife was due for a beautiful arrangement, and I was able to find one here. The best part? These flowers actually last! Not like the cheap ones you buy at the grocery store. For the past 10 days, the flowers have brightened up our dining room table. The woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful. I hope they continue to have premade bouquets on hand, because it makes it very easy on the buyer to get in and get out. PS, love the old working cash register they have!

Great store and wonderful people. Came in for a unique bouquet for my wife's birthday and Heidi…read moremade this one, she's awesome. I even had to call her to ask what the peony was called. My wife loved the Coral Charms from Italy as well as the thoughtful and interesting blend of unique flowers. I'll buy all my flowers from here from now on. Thank you!

Brass Armadillo Antique Mall - Beautiful art

This market is a must do! As a seasoned thrifter/vintage/antique shopper, this is one of the…read morelargest antique malls / vintage markets I've encountered. Whatever you're into, you can find it here - beautiful art, brass, copper, milk glass, depression glass, china, chinoiserie, ginger jars, vintage CorningWare and Tupperware, beautiful antique furniture, jewelry, Barbies, books, vinyl, real vintage clothing and fur coats, animal skins, all sorts of collectibles - you will find it all here! Also lots of western/equestrian items such as saddles and boots. Unfortunately not a lot of silver on the day I went, but I did find some beautiful silver spreaders. I also found the most gorgeous copper water pitcher that I initially left behind, but obsessed over until I went back later and got it! iykyk As with all markets like this, prices vary by booth, but overall I found them to be higher than average (for the things I consistently see and shop for). So you may find your unicorn, but you probably won't find it for a bargain. The market is laid out in a perfect grid pattern, making it super easy to navigate and ensure you don't miss any booths. The front right quadrant consists of rows of locked cases. While it absolutely makes sense for certain things to be under lock and key - like jewelry and small items, delicate and fragile items that shouldn't be handled, super rare and valuable antiques - many of the items in the cases were none of these things. I found this annoying, especially if the price wasn't readily visible. Many booths are well curated and organized, but many others are a hodge-podge assortment of completely unrelated items. Plan to spend at least two-three hours here, and more if you follow the golden rule of making a second lap! I did make a second lap (not of the cases) and spent 3.5 hours. Happy shopping!

I didn't take any photos as I didn't see anything worth taking photos of. This place has such…read morecurious choices that I just wonder if I missed the "idea" or if there were themes present. The odd array indeed captivated us for a good thirty minutes so there was that! Most of the stuff in glass cases made for an interesting, never ending feel to an antique shop that I haven't got before. The cherry on top of the experience was seeing the sign saying "refills are not free!" - really made us feel welcome. I'm leaving a review more for myself to remind myself, you've been to the dillo, now do not return.
