I'd like to share a review now that I have another experience to compare it to. 10/10 for the front…read moredesk etiquette. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the office is beautiful. My treatment started off rocky because my practitioner was 13 minutes late and I booked in the middle of my work day. I let her know ahead of time that I had to be out by a certain time and she assured me it was no problem. As far as the treatment, I think it was just honestly too much, too fast. Many of the needles were painful and I had significant bruising afterwards. I clicked the button to bring my provider into the room to let her know I couldn't stop having muscle spasms. She gave me advice to "try and relax" and made some adjustments. I just couldn't relax... the bright room and uncomfortable paper on the table don't help. My appointment ran over and I was late to a meeting. Despite me urgently trying to leave, I got the impression that I was being "sold to". This left a bad taste in my mouth. That evening, I had the most violent muscle cramping I think I've ever had in my life. After seeking acupuncture from someone else, I was told this practitioner may have done too much, too fast. I wanted to share my honest experience in hopes of this feedback reaching the right person.

After trying numerous doctors (gastrointestginalist, nutritionist, etc.), i was referred to Alejandra. I had little expectations due to my history of disappointing failed treatments. After just one month of seeing Alejandra, the drastic positive changes in my digestive issues/overall health issues were unimaginable. I actually cried of gratitude after going a whole day with being able to keep food down. Now, I have been a patient for 6 years and Bee Cave Acupuncture continues to improve my well being. Alejandra is exceptional. She has the knowledge of the human body in a scientific/biological/physiological sense, and also an eastern-medicine/holistic sense. She holds her staff to a high standard, making each experience at bee caves acupuncture wonderful. If you are hesitant about acupuncture or holistic medicine, be prepared to have your kind changed!!!! I am forever grateful for Bee Caves Acupuncture and the wellness they have given me!!

I have had acupuncture from Georgia, in my home, twice now! When she arrives she will take the…read moretime to listen to any points that you are experiencing pain, your medical history, sleeping issues, weight issues, stress factors and will also look at your tongue to check for vitamin deficiencies! This is not just an acupuncture appointment but, an overall health and diet analysis as well. I personally enjoy her range in knowledge and her approach at whole body treatment that stretches beyond just the current session. I was nervous because it was my first time but, we spoke about the issues I was experiencing and she explained how the needles will function to shift my energy back to the proper places and improve my overall health and body function. The best part, she didn't speak in medical terms that I could understand; she used analogies that made sense so, that I could understand easier. As she was placing the needles she was explaining what part of the body/organs it was going to help and she checked my pulse and then added a few more needles in spots that would balance my pulse equally to both sides of my body. After she is done you relax with the needles in for 20-30 minutes and you can feel the stress melting away and your body going into a euphoric coma (that's what I like to call it). It's so peaceful that you will almost be sleeping and drooling on the table! Georgia recommended that I acquire some liquid Vitamin B and also some BoneUp to help with a more consistent sleep cycle. I enjoy more homeopathic approaches to medical issues and both of her recommendations have made a world of difference. After the acupuncture she re-aligned my spine, neck and my shoulder which was a little bit out of the socket. I have had many people ask me if it hurts and it does not hurt at all. I look forward to my weekly appointments. Here is what I have experienced from having the treatments: Better sleep, less overall stiffness and pain, lower stress levels, improved consistent mood, I get less easily overwhelmed, increased circulation, no more tingling sensation in my hands when I sleep, improved posture and better range of motion. If you have been struggling with any of the issues that I have been or would like to feel an improved overall wellness holistically, I recommend calling her and setting up an appointment. She also does treatment for quitting smoking, weight loss, addiction, etc. She will come to you which makes it more convenient and easier for me or you can go to her zen feeling office! She is very affordable compared to others that I have seen pricing for and her knowledge and skills far surpass anyone else that I have looked into!

I am not alone in my profound admiration for her and her work. I've had acupuncture before with good results for pain, stress, and even quitting smoking, but what I've experienced with Dr. Jasmine goes far beyond anything I expected. She's not just an acupuncturist... she's a functional medicine practitioner who combines conventional/mainstream medical approaches with ancient Eastern healing practices and alternative therapies. In my sessions, she has practiced acupuncture with lymphatic massage, IV therapy, gua sha, and even taught me self-care techniques to use at home. If one method isn't enough, she intuitively shifts to another, with the goal of complete wellness. Dr. Jasmine knows a lot about a lot. What differentiates her from the rest is the double whammy combo of her vast knowledge and her genuine compassion. She treats everything from pain and stress to complex, chronic illnesses. She brings the sharpness of a scientist (she was once a professor of mathematics) together with the heart of a true healer. And she's constantly learning, expanding her toolkit to help her patients. I had to schedule a recent treatment around a multi day seminar she attended to learn a new technique. Every visit with her fills me with positivity and confidence that I can get better. During my last visit, I was exhausted. I hadn't slept well the night before. Dr. Jasmine devoted the last 20 minutes of the session with acupuncture that left me so energized that I have felt like I could run a marathon for the past two days. She also shares practical wisdom for health outside the clinic. She gives thoughtful (and very helpful!) tips that feel like the advice of a wise grandmother. If you are struggling with a difficult health issue or condition, please read her reviews and know that she has helped others through the hardest things. I am living proof.

Two things impress me most about her practice. First, she is exceedingly knowledgeable and very creative in how she approaches ailments and issues. And secondly, and probably most importantly for those with a bit of needle-phobia, her touch with the needles is deft and delicate. I barely felt them and I'm quite sensitive to pressure of any kind. Agnes will always be a part of my healthcare team. Do yourself a favor and make her a part of yours as well!

As a natural born skeptic and a needlephobe saying I had 'anxiety' about having an acupuncture…read moretreatment would be a severe understatement but the constant ache and pain in my back and the relentless recommendations from friends about this 'amazing' acupuncturist drove me past my fear. All I can say is that they all understated Agnes' talent as well - truly life changing. I had always done the same as everyone else, tried massage (felt better for a few hours), Chiropractor (felt better for a few days) but it would always return. A day hunched over a computer and it would come raging back. Agnes' used a combination of 'cupping' (little suction jars that seam to literally pull all the tension, pain and stress our of your muscles) and the tiniest needles I have every seen. The combination is extraordinary and leaves me relaxed, dreamy and pain free for weeks and weeks and as long as I go once a month or so it never returns. a miracle, Since starting seeing her I have learned a great deal more about Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture is but a part of it) and have gotten relief from sinus issues, and allergies (bless her) to digestion and help with my overall health and wellness. She is now my Dr. I see her first for everything - seriously. Whenever needed she referrers me to other excellent Dr's for specialties or second opinions or medications (In Texas unlike some other places Acupuncturists can't perscribe medications). - A patient for life.
