It came out very nice and I am very pleased. The man was friendly and all business. My only complaint is that when he left on Friday he said I will be here tomorrow between 8:30/9:00. I waited for him to come but no show so I contacted the owner who apologized for him saying he would be here but because it was a holiday weekend he would not be here until Tuesday. I could have got together with friends had I known that before noon. That is my only complaint.

Bouley's Painting completed a paint job and installation of lattice on my front porch. Prior to…read morethem coming out, they assured me via text that they would protect the porch railing, house siding, and walk path. After the project was completed, we reported to Bouley's on 3 separate occasions that there was paint splatter all over our porch railing and siding of our house. It has now been 2 weeks and we still have not heard a single reply from this company. We have reported them to the BBB as this permanent paint cannot be removed from our railings or house siding. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and accepting responsibility for their error. Additionally, it was my understanding this company understood porch repairs/maintenance. We had them add lattice to the lower portion of our porch - however, they did not communicate with us how it should be installed. There are no corner supports for the lattice so its just hanging off the porch and easy to be snagged by any animal, lawn equipment, natural weather, etc. They also screwed it to the outside of porch cross beam instead of on the underside of it where it would be less visible and a cleaner look. They also used gray screws on white lattice so you can clearly see the screw heads. All in all, this was a poorly done job and the fact that they are ignoring us after creating a permanent mess at our property is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company in the slightest. I am anxiously looking forward to hearing back from the BBB to get my money back or have them fall responsible for replacing the items they damaged after promising me the paint mess would be contained

I know guy from our church and church activities. I knew I wanted him because I know he is a very fair and honest person and takes great pride in his work. He gave me a reasonable estimate and then assigned a crew of 2-3 workers to do the job. He checked progress daily and took care of any details. He and his crew always went above and beyond just painting. They easily took care of extra little things on the side, hung things back up and always cleaned and vacuumed when they were done. It looked so great, I bought new wooden switch plates and door knobs and they even put those in when they could. I just love the colors and quality of the work. Guy lived up to all my expectations and I highly recommend him for your painting needs.
