On my most recent move, I had a couple of issues come up afterward, but their team followed up, apologized, and made sure I was taken care of. That honestly matters a lot to me. Things can happen with any company, but how they handle problems afterward says a lot. In my experience, Piece of Cake made the effort to resolve everything and make things right. Their movers have consistently been professional, efficient, and good at what they do, and based on how their team handled everything, I'm comfortable giving them 5 stars. If any issues do come up, their team will make sure you're taken care of.

I had a bunch of changes happening for my move including a whole other moving team coming in at the same time. Do not hire this moving company. They damaged my furniture, and when I contacted the owner, he had…read morethe audacity to blame me for not supervising his employees--despite the fact that I was busy running other necessary errands during the move. He then claimed the damage could not have been caused by tape because they "don't use tape," which is completely untrue. The evidence is obvious: they did use tape, and when it was removed, it peeled the paint off my furniture and left sticky residue all over the metal parts of my bed and my modern furniture. I hired this company based on their positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Poor handling of furniture and even worse customer service.

And while it took them longer than estimated, they were very efficient. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…read more When I found my new home in W Palm Beach, I knew I needed to find an AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE moving company. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.
