This is the only grooming place I bring my senior 15 year old pup. The staff is so attentive and always greet her like an old friend. :) A few grooming sessions ago, the staff made me aware that they couldn't cut around her face as well as they would have liked because my dog wasn't really having it that day. I love love love this place! The sweet ladies at All God's Creatures are the only groomers I trust with my baby boy. I've been taking him there to get groomed once a month since he was around 5 months old and I'm always impressed with the job they do. He comes home smelling so good and his coat is so soft and shiny. Nails are always filed nicely and the hair around his face, legs and tail trimmed and shaped perfectly. I love how knowledgeable the staff are and how much they care about your pet. For example, my dog is a Golden and they know just how to treat his coat (no shaving and he always come home glowing). Tell them about any problems your pet has--if they're nervous or have any health problems--and they'll kindly accommodate you. They treat puppies with extra patience and care which is so sweet to see. My husband and I are SO happy with All God's Creatures. It's always stressful finding a good groomer to take our Fred to. He is our baby and we always do research to find a company with a highly-positive reputation. We turned to Yelp and found AGC. After reading all of the positive reviews we decided to go with them and could not be happier. Prices are reasonable, their work is fantastic, they are very professional and friendly, and the waiting pooches wait in kennels to keep them safe. Fred left just as happy as when he went in so I assume that he had a decent experience. The ladies I spoke to on the phone and in person were patient with me and talked out what I wanted for Fred. They used the shampoo we brought in, and did a FANTASTIC job on his cut. I love this place! My family and I have been bringing our furry ones here for years. I made the mistake of taking my poodle 2 years ago to petsmart and they burned her skin off. Never again. Worst place ever ! One of my dogs has a huge cut on his ear, it hurts really bad that he cries every time i try to look at it. My other dog hasn't been able to walk straight since i took them there (2 days ago) i think they drop her because she is really hurt. Did you and your staff record the rude conversation I had when I asked why her paws were not done after I asked multiple times if it could be before I even scheduled an appointment, since you people are in the habit of creating excuses and taking photos without letting owners know?? THEY ARE THE BEST. SERIOUSLY. I have a shitzu/maltese mix with a "lucky fin" and they treat her arm with the most extreme care. I was so worried to take her to a groomer because most don't know how to treat a disability - but they do. She has the same groomer every time and they do the best job ever. Today was the first time for both my dogs Ella & BOBO being at a groomer, I have to say I am very impressed with attention they got, their nails were cut and filed nicely and their teeth were glowing, :) I think it was a very good experience for all of us. This place and the manager who is a brunette female (never got her name) do NOT care about you or your time....communication is TERRIBLE! we had an appointment set for 8:30 AM scheduled with a young gentleman when arriving at 8:33 am the manager filled our appointment time with another dog stating we were supposed to be there at 8am and said they never book times at 8:30....what a joke since I've been there at 9:30 before. Not only that, instead of calling us at our appointment time that she claims we had at 8 AM (we would never book an 8am btw) they decided to just not call us at all and fill somebody else in that spot and we still arrived. That is not how you do business if you wanted us there at an earlier time then you should've called us . And it's not our problem that you can't book appointments on the correct time that you claim to be very strict on. This place is crap I have been taking my dogs here since moving to Pflugerville and used to love it but now I will be going elsewhere. I'm disgusted by the manager and her lack of care or customer service, I have no idea what they were thinking when putting her in that position and as a business owner I would be so disappointed if my manager treated a loyal client as they did to us this morning. read more
