Collected information from me to give me the necessary information I would need to know. She sent someone out that day to do a quick in home consultation to find out what it is that I need done and gave precise expectations. The next day, they emailed me a tailored detailed proposal with a checklist of my needs along with a quote for different packages specific for my home. They came out a few days later and went way above and beyond! The two girls they sent were not as I expected or your typical maid service. So professional! Truly eager to make me happy and relaxed. Not only did they do the not detailed and professional cleaning of my home I have ever seen, but they were so knowledgeable on the products and surfaces, made me feel comfortable with strangers in my home, and were an enjoyment to meet! Blown away by this company! I'm excited for my next cleaning and to continue to finally work with a professional cleaning service!

I have a 100 year old historic home in Dearborn and wanted to make it shine from top to bottom…read moreafter moving items out and construction work. I also wanted to have only people in the home and neighborhood who would be kind and respectful to the area and my neighbors which can occasionally be an issue here just with companies not used to Dearborn. I am not going to bring people to my neighborhood who make my neighbors and myself feel unsafe after not carefully vetting a lawn-crew once years ago. If someone doesn't like Dearborn, they don't need to hang out here and I will pay someone else. I had seen Dearborn cleaners posts on Instagram and could tell they had a lot of great materials and tools for getting a thorough job done, and would be familiar with old homes. Dearborn was right in the name. I got a very exact quote from the owner who is an involved parent and balances a life of managing a business from home, raising a kid, and managing his insured team of extremely kind cleaners. He's doing a very neat thing here. He performs a really thorough walk through, stays on the job to make sure the cleaners are safe and doing well, and then goes through each part to be certain you are happy and the job was performed to your satisfaction. One of the most impressive things was that they managed to get dried paint spots off of my hardwood upstairs where it had been dried, without damaging the wood at all. The "professional" ;) painters who spilled the paint couldn't even do this. Guys, these are original hardwood floors that have t been refinished in 8 years. I honestly couldn't be happier. They will give you an exact breakdown of what everything costs in advance instead of just guessing how many hours some random subcontractor will spend. They know they have overhead and they know how to manage it. My house looks and smells new at 100 years old. I could say a lot more about the people and the way the company is run. Just really all great. I highly recommend them for a very excellent cleaning and for the safe, ethical (in my opinion.. everyone has theirs).. business model.
